Lean mass and strength cycles?
ad
Just want to get the thoughts of some of the vets/mods on their experience of the best stacks for good strength and mass. Wanting to plan my next cycle. And as always I look to the community of bros for your input. Have ran TestE and TestP, with good results but looking to expand my horizons. Have seen on some sites of pre dezigned stacks but seem extremely out dated. Any opinions/thoughts?

tread-mThat could be nearly anything in realty. The diet will control the "lean" part of it and I actually can develop strength on nearly any cycle.
So its this for me and you have to understand my body is a high metabolism and I cut veeeeeery easy bulk is tougher...I can run even deca with test and it still be lean gains. I can even lean gain on dbol (which I don't use anymore) even if I retain a little water in the dbol kick the water won't stay. Point is I drive that by diet. If you truly do want to stay lean but actually gain some muscle you could eat really big in the cals per meat and veggies but keep fat and salt out . We are all different as to what carbs we need to gain so that would require solme personal discussion. Compounds are not caps and there's no one size fits all, you are a unique individual. For myself I can carb load all day clean in meals and cut carbs by meal 5 no carbs meal 6 or the rest of the evening and its all lean and that even rolling deca! On the other hand I've worked with people who had to end carbs by noon on deca or it ain't so pretty! People will often say deca is goling to blow me up and moon face etc etc. Well, it can do me that way as well but if I roll prope AI and salt is literally "gone" from my diet and I'm eating proper "for the goal" then I don't have that at all.
So its this, you have to learn the compounds and your own carb need with individual compounds and cals to goal and over time you play with that and find all your "personal" reactions. Yes, we have compounds that have been said to be for cutting some for lean gains some for bulk etc etc but truth is you can "dirty bulk" on anything or clean bulk on anything or cut on near anything etc , it all comes back to "diet to goal".
If you are someone that has a hard time gaining for example, you will find it much easier to get even your smaller lean slow gains via an agent many would consider a heavy bulker but again, the diet does the work not the compound. So I think we talk about you as a person and your own metabolism and your plan for eating clean and your carb plan then we talk compounds once we have the real info that matters. Cookie cutter thoughts work for some people but many of us don't fall into the perfect little category and we happen to be the ones that learn how much more important food is over compounds.
If you ask me "what is the most important part of any cycle when it comes to the goal of that cycle?"
My answer for "most" would be carbs. Carbs control everything in the goal department and it takes time to learn them and how to use them for your own goals. This of course is assuming the diet is clean to start with. Btw, all gains should be strived to be "lean" at least to large degree. To dirty bulk is simply putting on fat with what little muscle you get and in the end it was a lot of waste and as well, not too healthy if this will be your lifestyle from now on as has been mine.
Personal reactions to food and your body type is where this convo begins with me though, not just throwing compunds at you thinking they will do the work ....the work is in the kitchen and that where the goal will be achieved or not.
Thank you bro you truly are wise. After reading that I have a much better understanding. Will try carb cuts and see how that works. Don't want to add too many compounds into my body. I work extremely hard at the gym and in the kitchen, and have seen dramatic results. Will more than likely stick with the basics of test and maybe anvar or EQ at the most. Thank you Tread for taking the time to write that up. +1
WithdrawlI like a nice long 16-20 week cycle of test e and EQ. If you would rather use short eaters I think you'd like a test p and NPP cycle.
cbrant10There are many combinations you could use but most people will recommend short esters for your specific goals. You could run test e and EQ, or test e And tren e. currently I am running test p, npp and winny and have similar goals. Good luck.
He has run only test e and p before and you suggest the possibility of tren, IMO this is bad advice , no need to go from 0-60 so quick, lots of other compounds in between for him to try first.
Grime you have always been a huge help. Any suggestions?
Im far from an expert, but like Tread said above, your diet will dictate how "lean" your gains are and how much of them you make, Put the focus on the diet and training, as far as compounds go I would stick to test and possibly add an oral like Var or Tbol into the mix as they tend to come with less bloat/sides than orals like dbol and drol, personally I love var, I ran it at the end of my last cycle and it gave great strength gains and brought out vascularity while in a cal deficit, but again DIET DIET DIET
Thanks bro, you have way more knowledge than myself. Been strict on diet. So much so my wife is getting pissed at how much I eat and the cost of the foods I need lol. Was def looking into var for its low sides. You guys are fucking awesome. Like I said you guys don't pull no shit and tell it how it is. Thanks again.
