I here this is a great site, I am from Australia and its great that you have a AUS, NZ section,
Cant wait to share my future experiences and gain some knowledge and opinions
I think I'm considered as a hard gainer, and was thinking about getting some HGH or maybe EQ? any advise for a hard gainer?

First , welcome aboard! I'm also a hard gainer. It's a gift and a curse depending on your perspective. If you want to be huge, it will be a curse. Your gains will come slow. If you're interested I'm being healthy and in bad ass physical condition, you've got a gift! The gear is just a tool. EQ, deca, hgh, all just tools. More important for you is your caloric intake, high protein, high carb (complex carbs) and good healthy fats. I get 5k cals a day! Anyway, post up in the forums for better advice and a wider audience. Again welcome

what are your stats (height weight bodyfat) and what kinda diet you been on bro? and years training?
we gotta know those things before we can recommend anythin!
lol my bad i am a beginner u can say ive been on and off training, but compared to most of you guys light training i guess, and im 180cm, quite skinny about 60kg, and im not to sure on body fat, ill do some research to find that out,
id say to train steady for a while and keep up research on here and other forums/google searches
ask plenty of questions too!
but at 60kg diet and training need to take priority before roids/hormones/peptides
hows the diet look? can you give us an idea of calories and types/amounts of food you are eatin
your local gym should do your bodyfat for free (most do in the US, not sure about AUS/NZ)
I have trouble eating for some reason, i cant overeat and never eat till im full and only eat till im satisfied. From last week ive been trying to eat more eggs, oatmeal and rice for calories and protein shake i got a real good one platinum hydro builder,
