Need every foodies thoughts and masters of 6 packs
As I said in my last thread im on a budget now and my cycles can only range from 600-1k each. food cost 300-350 max a month. I know my compounds im using well and how to use and does i'd say. i was taught by some of the higher up ppl on here that always broke stuff down for us all. Food wise is where I need to grow. Im 180 ponds around 12-13% bf right now as i've been trying to add mass ,but I want to stay at 180. I don't want to go more than 185,but im ready to start shredded back to my 6 pack and it's harder than I thought this time. What foods should I eat for lean gains as in lowest fat content possible? Also what ab workouts do you all do. I keep it simple and do reg crunches and reverse crunches and inclined crunches at the current time,but never had this extra weight. I do Abs 4 days sometimes 5 days a week and twice a day. Also I take in 280-340 grams of protein daily from, tilapia,chicken bonesless skinless,pork,steak twice a week,protein shakes daily 3-4 times with 2 raw eggs,oats and 2tbs of peanut butter and protein powder in it. Also eat barries for fruits and sometimes sweet pots,but mainly rice.

Still in need of good advice for how to bein back my 6 pack. I understand its all about water retention more than anything and the food you eat but I eat lean and I do use seasoning salt alittle but not much. I also used salt before in my last diet plan and I was able to obtain my 6 pack. Took a lot of work and I busted my ass and did abs twice a day. I was doing around 500-600 crunches a day before. I'd do a good 20-30 mins of abs per workout. Maybe I just need to add in over head presses which works my back and abs help to stabilize the weight also which would help and make my back stronger to. Need help everyone still
Abb workouts are more for giving the abs that finished look, it might tighten the muscles up a bit and give better separation but diet is what will give you visible and to behaving with

No1It doesnt matter what foods you eat or your ab workout, if you arent losing fat you are eating too many calories
Ah why ya gotta be mean to the young guy. I'm just trying to figure out why things are harder at 10 pounds heavier. I'm eating good still I feel and doin the same ab workouts I did before just adding in the incline ab sets so just need Information from the pros
waltronly time i ever managed to get a fully popped out six pack was when i went on a keto diet, which is essentially no carbs/high fat. i definitely lost strength/muscle though

what kind of six packs are we talkng about? pilsner? lager? ale? domestic? imports? i'm a miller or michelobe kinda guy to be honest...
waltri don't drink anymore but new belgium brewery makes a very tasty IPA called ranger, i highly recommend it.

waltrpricey as far as beers go, last time i bought a 12 pack i think it was running $22 or so
