Ok we'll what I did was the dumbest thing ever and I did it after even making my mind up to throw it away. Ok we'll I was using and insulin pin to pin the tri and it fell hit the carpet floor and I sat there for about 20 mins thinkig what to do and was over the trash when I decided to not throw it away and clean the needle like I clean the vial top and injection spot. So my ? Is do you thi m that was good enough or am I fucked and shoulda went with my first thought and threw it away?? I'm still dreading what I did but I'm happy I at least cleaned the needle the right way also to since I acted dumb

dude 100 needles are like 10 bucks. You mentioned you were using a SLIN PIN which means it was less than 1ml... So you can't have the excuse to say "I don't want to waste my gear"

hopefully you don't get an abcess or some serious infection because the doctor will have to do some cutting
why were you INJECTING yourself while drunk???
I did that on my 3rd pin ever. I gave it a thought of picking it up and using it but I went with my instinct and popped the needle off and used a new. Not worth the risk. It's easy enough to swap em out! Good luck. I hope everything turns out ok for you. Lesson learned. Go with your gut, it only does you wrong when you are eyeing a big fat bowl of ice cream on a cutter.
Ya I know i fucked up and im still dreaded it hella bad and most of all dreading it more cause I did it while tipsy that's why I think i thought about to for so long. The bad thing is i have plenty of that gear to and i still did that with 10 bottles of that gear left plus the open one. I'll know in the next 3-4 days if im safe or not. i hope me cleaning it did the job as i cleaned it for a few.

Ahhhhhh not a good decision bro..... you should have binned that pin and started afresh...... a carpet is the dirtiest FKing thing in the whole house... fingers crossed you dont pull an infection here, soon has you see redness or pain/swelling head to the docs quick sharp.
samick94DUDE WTF! i hope you dont get an infection. i was teaching someone how to pin, they called me a few days after doing on their own, did the same thing as you, and had an infection so bad they had to get it drained at the hospital, i hope this is not the case for you. but in the future lose the 5 bucks worth of gear, cuz it will save you 100's in medical bills
