any suggestions of good weight gainers?
Ive posted this before.. but just wanted to start fresh and show my diet and where I plan to use the weight gainer/ meal replacement.
height- 5'11
weight- 165lbs
BF %- 15
Meal 1
4 eggs scrambled (with yoke)
2 pieces whole wheat toast
1 glass skim milk
1- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2
1 banana
2-3 tablespoons peanutbutter
1 scoop whey protein with skim milk
Meal 3
1- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup brown rice
1 can of tuna
Meal 4
2 pieces whole wheat bread
3-4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana or 1 apple
Meal 5
mixed greens salad
either chicken, steak, pork
1- 1 1/2 cups brown rice
post workout
1- 1 1/2 scoops whey protein with skim milk
Meal 6
1 serving greek yogurt
1 small bag of almonds
Planning on using the weight gainer instead of the whey protein.
GOAL- Gain good lean muscle. Want to put on mass

I've found the best weight gainer is calories. It can take a lot but in large amounts they do wonders for size.

hoops4life2330Best way to ensure weight gaining is occurring is to keep your calorie intake consistent and monitor your results. If your not gaining weight up the calories 100-300. If your gaining weight to fast drop them. Dont forget building muscle is a very slow process, and depending if your on gear or not that will completely change things. Also dont waste money on weight gainers. Stick with whey isolate. Weight gainer is not going to build any more muscle than whey will. If anything it will only make you fatter.
