What are steroids to you?

There is so much misinformation and people misled by the media when it comes to anabolic steroids. I am curious as to what steroids are to you all…of course none of us would be members of this community if we didn’t experiment with gear, but what is your moral opinion? Do you consider steroids to be categorized with drugs such as methamphetamine? Would you place someone who runs cycles in the same category with someone who shoots heroin? Do you believe one can develop a mental addiction? What would you consider steroid abuse? Do you feel you “cheat” by using performance enhancing hormones?

it all depends on how one is using them. there is definitely an abuse and misuse when it comes to steroids. i don't really put them in the category of narcotics/hardcore drugs but when you see people abusing high doses without the experience to back up the usage, then it does make it almost as bad as a narcotic addict. if you respect aas and use them properly with taking care of your health while knowing your limitations, getting blood work done regularly then i dont see any issues with enhancing your physique. you see many kids these days trying to get on TRT when they don't need it, thats where the line gets crossed.
dont try to fool yourself, steroids are drugs and its just as easy to get addicted to them as others

I don't think steroids should be classified with narcotics. Yes you can easily become addicted, but u can get addicted to almost anything. Caffeine, Tylenol PM, etc. I use them because I like the results that I get. Moderation Is key.

AnonThey're performance Inhancers they help us build up our bodies faster ! I see them as being not like other drugs you don't get high ! I do believe one can become addicted and abuse! If you decide to run long dangerous cycles your abusing lol if you take all kind of shit at once its same thing people who decide to go trt when they don't need it and I mean trt themselves not threw doctor that's abuse a d addiction
AnonI look at it like BP meds. I dare some square bible thumper to go off their BP meds. After all its a performance enhancer. I use gear cuz my body doesn't produce test any more. Just like how their body can't regulate it's own BP. Whenever I get in that conversation I always tell them when they go off their BP meds I come off my test. It is unnatural in gods eyes I tell them. They're cheating death and I'm cheating old age.

obviously its a drug. but there is huge dif b/w why you use steroids and why you bang some H. i've done both, and i am actually my sober self on steroids compared to being a totally different person that i didn't even recognize when i was using drugs every day to chase a high. so, speaking from experience, steroids should never be considered along the same lines as drugs like heroin or meth.
Well its a drug and when used in moderation or in a safe and healthy way yes. But when say someone is "addicted" when you never come off, abusing the dosages and cause harm to your body then yes it can be an illegal drug in my view.
