+ 19 You must crawl before you walk, walk before you run.

ad

This seems to be a virtue, although our lives and very exist exemplify it - we spend our lives trying to defy it. A lot of you guys see how much i'm on here, maybe 16-18 hours out of the day, and contrary to belief, its not spent yelling at kids in my SI, or clicking refresh waiting for someone to post. I spend a lot of time clicking around the site; see what you guys advise, how you act, what cycles you're running and what not - meantime, keep to myself for the most part.

Lets look at some things... how old is Kai Greene? (37) or Dexter Jackson who just won the Arnold (43)

these guys have been on their grind for the past 20 some odd years to get where they are today. I can't tell you how many emails or PM's I get on a consistent, daily basis that encompasses someone running their second cycle, with whatever goals who all of a sudden want to stack 4 compounds, tren, and 3 orals. Why? slow and steady wins this race my brothers. You run a gram of test a week, then next cycle calls for more, so what happens when you're 26 and you're making no gains because your receptors are so saturated and your body can't even process all the testosterone you're giving it? You hop on some dbol and now you're the next badass in the gym, you want to show everyone how much you can lift - well guess what, muscles grow faster than tendons, and you blow out your shoulder, tear a bicep, or pec - and now the kid who can hardly bench 185 is twice your size and you can't touch weights for the next year - all progress that you have made is gone

let me be the first to tell you.... slow your roll being on here you have some of the best resources possible: guys like VIKING, Bodybuilder, Tread - who actually take the time to give you free (unlike IFBB pro Papaswole) advice. Go up to the pro in your gym and ask him about your cycle, he'll likely tell you to get the fuck away from him. You have guys who have been there, done that, and succeeded in the game. Built a body that has stood the trial of time, because ya know - Rome wasn't built in one day, and neither is a pro status, or huge frame. Matter of fact, its not built in one cycle, 1 year, or 5 years. Its all about persistence and being smart.

It really comes down to you having to be grounded and selfless enough to take advice from people who have been there, done that. These guys won't steer you in the wrong direction, but that requires you actually listening to them. Bodybuilding is an art, a science, a study - all elements must be mastered if you truly want to succeed in doing it. So my advice to you is as follows. Listen more than you talk, and read more than you write

Good advice im new to this site and all that comes with it but by reading what other people write you learn. Ive realized you also have to watch how compounds effect you personally so just because you read that a cycle is effective for one person doesnt mean it will do the same for you. Along with pct, diet and work out regiment its a science, jumping into a lab and mixing chemicals can be hazordous. Everybody is different so like he said take your time and research and ask questions its better than messing up your body....you only have one.

Excellent post muta, One of the best i have read in quite some time. There are a lot of "copy and paste" posts coming around these days.In my opinion there is nothing better then first hand experience information. For the most part i delve through a lot of the older posts and many topics have been touched upon already. There is no need to reinvent the wheel when all the information is just a few clicks away.Basically I am here to learn , so while I am reading and learning I enjoy a nice tall glass of shut the fuck up, Because I do not have the many years of experience to be posting worthy firsthand information.Slow and Steady wins the Race, but it isnt a race its a marathon.

For those who are young, and who miss this in his post, this is a source telling you not to use more steroids! Where is the bias in that from one who profits from aas? Nothing better then a credible witness trying to prevent others from suffering.
