Golfers Elbow HELP

ad

A couple of years ago, i partial tore my ulner colateral ligament. Long story short, my career in baseball led to a bad injury. It heal itself within one year of my arm being in a stand still brace. After that I begun weight lifting and developed bad tennis elbow. I dropped the weights and worked through it with a cycle of deca it healed itself. I havent had ANY problems with it for about two years and last week in the gym i believe i may have microfactured a tendon or something dropping my elbow to low on a incline db press. I felt a SLIGHT tweek.

Anyone have any suggestions to help with this? It is hardly giving me any pain. Today, i did chest and bi's and hardly had a single pain the whole time but after the workout had a slight 1 on the pain barrier ache. Looking to knock this out real quick to keep from re-injuring it further.

Also, i'm in a cut.. deca is hardly an option because it forces water weight on me like no body's business. Considering eq as it raises collagen synthesis but unsure how much it would help. Also have some ghrp-6 on hand. enough for 3 months.

Current plan would be drop all tricep and shoulder exercises except maybe tricep kickbacks, they seem to cause zero stress on that part of my arm.

I've been dealing with this condition for years. At the moment I'm using Emu oil with MSM, topical cream. Only been a week but I do feel slight relief.... gonna try those MSM packs that you add to water. Forearm exercises seem to help.... Its weird, won't feel it for a few months, then BOOM.... hurts to turn a fuggin door knob. Tried using the other hand, but I feel like I'm cheating on my gurlfriend...LoL

Oh, if you can find some pure DMSO, not a cream or gel. Its liquid and the smell will gag you, also burns the skin.... but that shit works... look up your local horse stables, they have that shit laying around ;-)

HGH is unaffordable to me :( fortunately I do have about 6 bottles of ghrp2 on the way. Will this help me. I'm.also.currently on a.tren cycle, considering adding some.npp in as well. I actually read a previous post of yours and threw some turmeric in.last night!

I had that and got a cortisone injection and it fixed it right up. Also drink a lot of water and take a multivitamin.
