Cutting
ad
Okay ladies and gents. Its my first week cutting, over the last couple of weeks to prepare.. i've dropped my test dose down very slowly, this week being my first week on 250. I'm still on test e for now and i'm on trt. During this cut, for some reason.. i've went from 242 a week ago and as of today I weigh 232. My diet is in check currently at 2,600 calories. I tend to do better on large amounts of protein when cutting, and low carbs so my diet looks like p55%, c20%, f25%. Any reason for the sudden 10pound weigh loss? Possible water weight? I am currently doing cardio mon, web, fri to get back into cardio shape. I don't do cardio during my bulks.

When you cut out carbs you deplete glycogen stores. To store one glycogen molecule you also hold 4 water molecules attached to that single glycogen. Meaning for every one pound of glycogen you've lost that would also lose 4 lbs of water weight. So that could be a large portion of wt lost. Happens to me all the time when I go low carb
well, i measured and all my measurements were the same, same strength in the gym, same reps, everything. worried me at first but i was assuming water weight. Thanks brother.
