Site injections more prone to muscle tear?
ad
Is a muscle that has been exposed to a recent site injection more prone to tearing or injuring?
I ask because I know one theory of site injections is that they cause micro tears in the fascia that holds the muscle together. So if they do in fact do this will this tear be susceptible of increasing in size while being worked and possible leading to a muscle tear?

Moving this to "General discussion". It's still considered On topic
Thanks, I'll be more diligent on where to post next time
No problem
scootertrampNo sir. Use a small needle and proper procedures and you will be fine. Most tears come from the newly gained strength and weaker connective tissues. Muscle growth is fast while ligaments grow slow. People start realuzing their new strength and push for Max 1 rep. On cycle it is best to keep reps 8 and above. Use methods like drop sets etc.
Cool thanks for the info. Sometimes the pip after a site injection feels like my muscle is going to tear lol
scootertrampI saw many great articles on site to alleviate shot pain. Use the google bar and they will Pop up.
I'll check em out. But I'm shooting prop right now so I think PIP is just part of the program.
I did shoot 1ml of b12 into my right delt yesterday before working them out and had no PIP at all.

Lol, my schedule right now is hectic. So every time I have a forum idea I write it down. I have like 20 threads I've been wanting to write up and got a little bit of time tonight to write up a few.
