+ 2 Pinning vastus intermedius-two extra spots for 8pt injection
ad
Check anatomy chart or if lean just flex. Midway on front of quads and right in the middle. Been hitting the intetmedius with 1.5cc of high dose test/eq mix. Works great. 25 x 1 pin and following all procedures. Works great! Anyone with kids or working in pediatrics knows the spot. Pin straight in at 90 degree angle.

Just pinned vastus intermedius, I had totally forgot about this site, actually was the first site I ever pinned when I started gear. Thanks fast. +1 buddy
Sure helps when running short Esters! Thanks
Bump
I would love to try pinning these spots, but I don't know what it is lately. I can NOT pin my quads...every time I get swelling and all this fluid creeps down my leg and blows my knees up something awful. Walk around with a painful limp for a week...not worth it. Never had a problem like this pinning my quads in the past...and it really isn't the gear because it doesn't give me any kind if PIP like this anywhere else on the body :(
Dang! Couple of the competitors have told me they do their leg shavedown a week prior or the subq water puffs em up. Gotta be a reaction :( .
yeah I don't know what the hell is going on...all I know is that I am scared to death to pin my quads right now. It's okay though, I am rotating my long ester shots in my glutes, and I have 5 spots for my ED short ester injects right now(kick start, lol).
Gotta love the fact that there is deca and NPP, and of course E and prop...I am loving this shit right now...put 10 lbs. on in two weeks, lol(probably alot of water though?)
Definitly good to be creative! Naughty nurse wants to start pinning my tris now. Lol!
Thats awesome!! Lil water preload will boost yhat strength thru the roof!!
My buddy was advocating pinning the tris...we'll see, lol.
Thanks fast48!!!Easy and painless....
Awesome! If your legs are defined...its easy to see that location. Now you have 8 easy pin spots without being super creative!
Yo Fast. You are a fountain. And I appreciate you. I see it in you're words. (nhmo)
Thank you buddy! Only reason i bark is to save folks from errors. There's dozens of correct ways to do all that we do...but if i dont speak up then what service did i really provide. If ya need help...just let me know
The V Of this quad muscle points towards the knee. Center front of thigh. Pin two inches above the V.
Take your left hand to your right knee. Extend your fingers and put your middle finger on top of your knee. Where your thumb is sitting, that's where you pin. should be center outer quad. Never had any problems doing it that way
Outer sweep is the regular spot. Started hitting the intermedius so now thetes 8 point injections. Outer quads, glutes,, delts, intermedius. In pediatrics that'd where the kids shots go. On outer quad i run a 6inch up/down area so first spot isnt hit but once a month when running 3+ injectables eod..
I tried it on accident. It was my first quad pin. My whole quad swelled and turned red. It went in insanly smooth though. It was also deca and winny, and I'm sure you know how winny feels injected
Winny is a hard hitter. Wonder if you were too low? Its not the outer sweep.
It was half way right on top. I thought afterward that maybe I injected in between the muscle. I literally did not feel a thing when pinning.
Sounds like it did go between :( . And Winny has that whollop too.
pretty much dead center on the quad, gotta try that one. my one buddy had said in the past to NOT pin that...and then I remember seeing it on spotinjections.com, so seems okay to me, kinda always did.
Nurse reminded me of pediatric charts. Im hittin two inches above the lower V. The gear is 400Mg/cc test for half cc and 300Mg/cc eq for 1cc. No pip. Slow injected with 25.
