Been buzzing around here most of the morn and looking in on some our more active members and still see many who haven't posted stats. C'mon guys, it takes 3 minutes to do and in the eyes of the board it really ups your credibility as well as reduces the amount of wasted time of other members having to ask...
If you really feel you are part of the community then post them stats! If you are just a tourist, well, then welcome but don't get all indignant when we ask you for your stats LOL!

I can tell you that since Ive started Bing&Cing my weight is exactly the same, but my waist is 2 inches smaller. Had to just buy 6 new pair of work pants because last years pants were falling off.
I'm not sure about mine either, I google body fat calculator and plug in tape measurements age height and weight. Probably not too accurate.
AnonIve seen a few formulas, but I think they say a bf caliper is better than them, and I guess the best is when they put you in water, but who the heck has that available ?

How bout all the newbs just posting info when theres no stats? Thats a daily problem and when i jump on then find out op whole cycle really needed review. But lack of stats/info..... Just flat answered.
