So i gave a youngblood a "nod" today

So I was blasting shoulders this morning and I noticed one of the youngbloods had really put on some size.. I gave him a "nod" and waved him over. He gave me a blank stare as he approached - I mentioned that I noticed he's really come up lately and he grinned from ear to ear! Then he says... wait for it... "For me its mostly diet..." I smiled and crooked my head to the side and said "yes, diet is important" He got uncomfortable for a minute then muttered "well my diet is on point" I smiled and said "Looks like it, good job"

I was walking out of the deadlift room last night and there were 4 girls running a sled. One of em said "I like your muscles" I said "well at least someone does!" Then the other three were like, "yeah we all do, we took a vote" lol. That made me feel pretty damn good.

Sirk1981I'm usually the one getting approached in the gym by the 90 pounders asking whats my secret. I tell them women are my inspiration to look like this and my diet is on point, LOL. I love it when I run into someone I haven't see since high school and get the "Damn what you been eating" especially when the women have to touch every muscle.
