Hi ive been using Ronnie colemans pro Ant shake after a recomendation at my local shop,29g protein per scoop & it does have cre - mono & beta, its very expensive tho,however the taste is fantastic.. & i am about to go on a cycle, I want to have 50g protien after workout & 50g casien powder before bed.but i want the best value & best results with a nice taste.. the other 300g from foods. i.e steak, chicken, Turkey, eggs,
Any help would be good

Dymatize is some of the best protein you can get. Can be a little price so you have to look for deals but its def a good high quality protein without all the fillers. IMHO any protein that has a bunch of random crap like creatine in it is a waste of time. Do you really think your getting the amount you need per serving. The jealousy pixie dust that shit in there. Look for a good quality protein with a good amio acids complex and you'll be good to go man. As far as ON gold goes. The chocolate taste good but the quality of the product is by any means good to me. Cheap protein quality it's just something they push at GNC to get sales. Search the web for supplement whole salers they'll be the cheapest. Supplement warehouse or TFsuoolements is a good place to start you could even look at bodybuilding.com they usually have deals too.
ON is a good quality protein. I have worked at GNC and trust me, we did not push ON because it hurts your store and individual numbers. Plus there isn't any commission on the stuff so there's no reason to push it other than the fact that its a good value. Personally I like Syntha-6 mainly because of the flavors!
ON gold standard is the usual go to protein. If youre looking for something with some added benefits, i use Serious Mass. Has calories, vitamins, protein and plenty of other stuff to assist your dily needs. Pretty cheap too. i personally order from allstarhealth.com....cheapest prices ive found (usually!) and a flat ship rate of $5
