I apreaciate that, thanks, as i dont want to waste cash,
loose the creatine before you start save that for off cycle
creatine is cheap anyways. not bad for you either so why cycle it off?
Advice I took from cdaddy. Here is a post with the exact reasons.

alrighty. i see your point being made. i personally dont see changes in water retention when using it, but many are different.
cheers
IMO start from scratch. Your body has changed in 10yrs. Get some blood tests to see where your at. A straight test cycle to see how you respond. With clean receptors and diet and training in check you should yield some acceptable gains and you are on your way
cheers
I had a five year break and went back to a basic test e 500mg/wk cycle. Most importantly I made decent gains from it.
Start there my friend. Let me know if you want it all laid out straight for you.
Hi There, thats sound advice, yes i would apreaciate any elp you could give, speciely to limit any poss side effects etc & also, is there any poiny in taking orals i.e
d-bol or winstrol
cheers
I'd honestly just run the test e for 12 weeks on it's own. Find out how your body reacts now to the gear.
1-12 250mg test e x2 per week (pin Sunday/Thursday as an example)
0.25mg adex every 3 days, increase if signs of gyno such as sore / itchy nipples
Pct 2 weeks after last pin (nolva and clomid standard pct protocol, research caddy and Zewi s pct post in that section).
Make sure you get some good reading in!
I'd also suggest your protein needs upping whet on cycle to 2-2.5g per lb of body weight. You're a big lad, so going to need 500g+. Calories up to 4500 -5000 per day.
You're doing pretty much what I went through a few years back, so any assistance I can be, FR and pm me mate.
Thanks so much for the help, eating all that protein is hard going, how do manage to get the 400/500 as i find it hard now, im doing 50g 6 x day, also i want to loose the body fat & build the mussle at same time, a big ask i know, will 4000 cal still do the trick, also would recomend the a liver sup ? for the test e cycle
For me it's ok, I'm a greedy bastard ;) build up slowly but surely.
What's your bf% at the moment. If its high, I'd wait until you pull it down with diet and cardio before starting a cycle.
Not at this point. Do the perfect test e @ 500 ew for 12 weeks. Run your ai and pct properly. Nail the diet and training and then after, look at other compounds. You may find you don't need them. Plenty of people gain for years on test alone.
Thanks for the help
would you rec glen b to get body fat down a bit before a test e
I recommend diet and cardio buddy. Lerner how to work your carbs and train hard:) good luck
cheers mate
Fist ya need lower bodyfat...since I didnt see it posted. That helps in avoiding high bp, stroke, edema, estrogen. No orals. Just simple test e cycle and super clean diet. Theres food gurus on here that are great in that area. Ai and PCT needs to be in order.
Please research forums and post up a first time test e cycle with ai and pct. Well help ya after. Not being a dick..want you to learn how and why. It will make that cycle easy and fun instead of dozens of questions and worries.
Been reading a lot, as you said, & i feel a lot more informed
cheers will do
