But isn't good to give the body a break? I am in the middle of taking a week off from the gym. My body was tired aches pains etc. Running a car in the red all the time isn't good but, hitting the throttle every now and then to break up the carbon in the carburetor is imho

imo, the up regulation of gene expression cannot continue on forever due to the bodies want/need to remain in a homeostatic state...it will eventually catch up with you. uncontrolled up regulations of genes causes tumors, not saying that constant abuse to androgen receptors will cause cancer, it could, but i would think it would certainly not be able to continue producing positive effects on muscle tissue growth and release of igf-1 etc which is what we are all looking for

There is a product on the market called "Receptor Clear"....and like almost ALL other supplements, it's complete bullshit and should be avoided at all costs.
Levelup is correct----time is your best asset.

androgen receptors are proteins and take time to transcribe...since after cycle you have abused them i think time only will replenish them...dont know more than that but think clean time is the best to replenish
