Who feels HCG blasts during PCT is worth it
I've read mixed reviews on HCG blasts during PCT to get things going faster in the testes.. I'm aware this may boost estro.. But if your running aromasin during PCT ANY ways is it that big of a deal? I mean yes it may cost a bit more money but every thing counts to get back to natty right? (Also heard of guys using letro for HCG blast+PCT)
I also have a buddy who I found out was doing oral cycles only and no PCT (one of those "what's pct?" guys).. it's pretty clear it's effected him, acne all over, weaker than normal.. I also wonder if giving someone like that a HCG blast with a typical PCT protocol would be beneficial since he's late for PCT.
Last question - can adex be used for pct or is it a MUST to use aromasin, I know aromasin will cause less of a rebound but I'd imagine as long as you taper off correctly it wouldn't matter as much?

All of you are great help with this topic.. I didn't quite understand this concept of how emergency PCT should be played out, now i get it.. I hope I never need it but if I do I'll know how to go about it much better!
edit- this is def something every one should learn, bunk pct's can be a nightmare
zewiyou should drop hCG about the same time as your last Test E shot.This will allow for a sudden and even clearance in hormone levels, while initiating LH and FSH production from the pituitary, to begin stimulating your Nuts(testis) to produce testosterone. Remember, recovery doesn’t begin until you are off hCG since your body will not release its own LH until the hCG has cleared the system.

Yeah check out Celtic's post. Anyway, the point of PCT is to get the body to start releasing it's own LH which stimulates natural test production. HCG acts as LH, but it can suppresses the body's natural LH production. SERMS like Clomid and Nolva, on the other hand, stimulate natural test production by tellingthe brain to release LH. That's why HCG is best to run on cycle, to prevent testicular shrinkage and make recovery easier during the PCT phase. Think of it as a preventative measure. Prevent test shutdown from the get go so that when you're in PCT, you won't have to jump start from completely no test. Make sense?

For learning: are you saying the 10 days prior to pct...blast? Or if not used during deca/tren run?
Only in emergency restart cases imo. If you properly used ai and hsqcg((if heavy long cycle) theres no need. Hcg converts to estro. So you're on pct trying to recover, raise natty tedt, AND fight leftovet AND hcg estro? Not good to me.
Can you give me an example of how many weeks of a long cycle you would think it necessary to blast hcg.. 14, 16, 20 weeks maybe?

Ok but if it's an emergency restart chances are your estro is even higher than norm pct situations along with throwing HCG into it.. So if that's the case and you must use HCG for an emergency should aromasin be upped.. or maybe go with letro since your handling extra extra estro?
Gs ran a rad guide for emergency restart. Dude did pct...was bunk. Two months later he asked for help doing restart. Then....hcg blast with aromasin for two Weeks and full clomid/nolva after. Id let gs fill in those numbers bevause that'd who I'd ask if it was me.
But for normal/or heavy cycle I'd stick with ai and hcg IF needed and run it ON cycle. Lets not forget, whether its hcg or test, we're sending false signals. If that false signal lowers or shuts down REAL signals....be careful. Prepare for the cycle fully. We use ai during cycle so gear does its job. We use a proper pct for recovery. Why mess up a recovery?
I'll check the forums for the guide, but in a nut shell for late pct emergency restart - hcg blast with aromasin 2 weeks THEN regular nolva clomid pct.. Just drop aromasin when going to clomid/nolva or continue the aromasin with nolva/clomid?
Its best to get the facts on emergency from source. Some of the new studies seem to show aromasin taper with adjusted nolva levels add to a pct while minimizing pct blues.
