Okay now it's just too many damn stretch marks!!!
ad
Well I know stretch marks are pretty common for us.. and I have plenty.. They're on my quads, outside of my pecs, my biceps, my lats.. but now they've gone to far!! I can see a huge and I mean HUUUUGE and nasty stretch mark (Possibly the largest yet) coming in on my front delt! This is where I draw the line lmao.. I can't have this nasty purple bastard covering up my delts!!
I've gotten varying answers on how much vitamin E I should be taking daily and I wanted to hear what people do on here for stretch marks.. Any other tips to stop these bastards would be greatly appreciated..

Well first off, women who work out find stretch marks sexy...they're like war wounds! second use Aloe from the plant...cut it open and put it directly on yr skin...but make sure you do it everyday....you can even drink aloe juice...tastes nasty...but yr a man you drink vodka you can handle it ;)
I've got plenty of scars.. and stretch marks.. and I don't mind them but at some point it's just too many D=
what?! i like aloe juice! or maybe that was aloe water
I drink pure Aloe gel...to me its horrible very bitter
Dude mine are just as bad. When I post my photos up tomorrow or the next day you will see. I'm talking really bad purple ones that are several inches long around my chest and lats.
Keep your skin moist. Never let it dry out. Moisturizers or oils. Take a multivitamin too so that it can't be due to nutrient dificiencies. It's too bad I'm not consistent enough in doing these or I'm sure my stretch marks wouldn't be so bad.
I take animal pak as my multi and I think I have a pretty well rounded diet.. Well I've been low in the carb department the past week or two.. I'm cutting atm

Shark attack victims? lolol one of them really does look like a tiger..
Mike1982Just tell everyone you have tiger blood like i do haha. Cocoa butter will help somewhat with new ones, but as far as the existing ones the advice and technology for repair is still up for debate. There are some things that say they repair or limit the visibility of stretch marks but that is extremely person dependent. ive had a friend have some visibility fade where another one had zero effects. Tanning, i have found personally, does the trick for me in reducing the visibility in combination with a skin tightening cream used over a month or more. I really hope you can get or do whatever you need brother because we all know its a pain in the skin to deal with that shit lol. Good luck my friend.
I know it's been said but cocoa butter daily. Get some today bro!
Vitamin k2 or mk7 will give your skin elasticity and prevent this and it has a lot of other health benefits. Note I said k2 and not k1. K2 is realitively new to the market.
ooo never heard of that.. I'll definitely look into it
BigBmajCoconut oil and dry brushing works really well.
Go use a sun bed!
I could use a tan.. lol
Hehehe
You should try some of that shit that pregnant women use. They have all kinds of magic concoctions for stretch marks.
I find Stretch marks to be my "stripes" and i enjoy the looks of it because i earn every bit off it.

But i hear applying oil (which has been stated) to clear it up. But its better to treat them as soon as they appear
Good luck with your stripes
I've got plenty of stripes =p
I felt that way at first but if this keeps up I'll really start looking like a tiger lolol
i have huge stretch marks on my thighs. they literally start from my crotch and go literally more than halfway down my thigh. my bicep stretch marks on my left bicep start from my armpit and goes down halfway my entire bicep! its so annoying
It's pretty annoying.. I don't mind the stuff on the inside of my legs because who's gonna see it ya know.. But if my delts are covered in stretch marks that would suck.. I've already got them everywhere else
a girl giving you a bj might see it :-P
Yeah but she's not gonna care by that point =p
Topically applied oils and butters can greatly reduce the appearance of stretch marks in many people, but it really depends on the person's own skin. For some, olive oil will work better, and for others, other ingredients would work better for them (many of the oils, butters, and vitamins mentioned in this thread have been used by herbalists, aromatherapists, and natural skin care formulators. And a few of those ingredients have been scientifically studied for scars and stretch marks too) . And for some people, nothing they apply to their stretch marks will work. Any natural ingredient you use for stretch marks will take many weeks to see some improvement and many months to see great improvement. So they take time to work.
Thanks I plan to give it a try
coco butter is ur best friend, they are not that bad, they go away after a while. i dont know if tanning would be good or not, they tell u not to tan scars. it all depend on ur skin color too.. u can also rub vitamin e cream on it but i doubt it will go away quickly
It's right at the beginning you can barely see it starting to form around the delt.. I may give that coco butter a try tomorrow.. The ones on the sides of my pecs have been there for almost 2 years =/ they're still nice and purple and don't seem to be going away any time soon
i never had purple, i had red which is no so bad. i dont know bro thats a tough one, that like asking for a cure for acne scars..just drink more water and fishoil.. stretch marks come from dehydration
Ehhh I'm pretty well hydrated =[ 1.5 to 2 gallons a day easily.. I love water
I should say they're more of a dark red and not purple.. either way I don't mind the ones I have now but from now on I want to prevent any more
fish oil is all i can think of.
How much of it are you taking a day? I haven't been very strict with my fish oil I suppose
Bio oil. Used extensively now over here in the uk for scar tissue and stretch marks.
any where between 3000-9000 mg, i split it morning nd night.
i take 3000mg, but damn 9000. why exactly do you take that amount if u dont mind me asking?
I'll let you know if it helps.. Btw did those nut crushers help your hips?
i didnt try them, because my back joint healed up nicely with stretching. i just did squats all the way down to the floor, it worked really well. squatting all the way down to the floor i guess is better mobility and stretches u out. im good now, thank for asking
Glad to hear it's better
it was that si joint man, ppl in africa never have this problem because they squat to the floor when taking a dump , this is how they found that stretching cure
LOL!!!!!!!! wtf!!
I do tend to do ass to grass my first set or two when I'm going light..
