The only "routine" I have an interest in following is Gothic's routine.
The only one you should have an interest in following is Freight's routine.
What Frank McGrath does is what he found works for him. That doesn't mean shit to me, you, or anyone else. If you survey 20 different pros, you'll get 20 different routines. Workout regimens are as individual as the athletes themselves. Find out what works for YOU and build upon that. People who search for the "perfect" routine by seeing what others do are the people who never make in bodybuilding, because they don't bother to do the research to find out what THEIR body does and does not react to.
Finally.....whenever a pro BB gives advice about bodybuilding, I make sure to tune it out, because these pompous mother fuckers NEVER tell the truth about what they do. If they did, they'd give details about gear use, and they won't even acknowledge it whatsoever.....as if they're ashamed to admit the obvious. It's like admitting they molest children or 3-legged goats.
And Frank McGrath will NEVER, EVER win the big one, because the only thing the guy going for him is a pair of freaky forearms, and notice how there isn't even the slightest mention of forearm work in his routine....LOL.
very nice gypsy!
sgtstedankoboom! I love you, man...
sgtstedankoI think I remember this from a while ago. & I said something like this at the time: Looks pretty... Where's your cardio, & core work though? Personally, I'd run a few miles or so, do core on 1-2 of your off days.
I completely agree, cardio is probably needed to some degree, but.....this is Frank McGrath were talking about...I doubt with the hormones in his system he needs much cardio! :)~
sgtstedankoTell that to his heart
I honestly don't know who frank mcgrath is; but I don't get out much.
That dudes heart would fatally attack him if he actually tried to run, or probably even jog 5 miles. To me, That's sad... Different priorities, I guess : )
