2nd cycle deca and test e

just wondering about recommendations on dosage...i have 20ml of each... may taper it to last not sure yet.

zewiNever start a cycle unless it planned out, if you have to wait to get more gear to do a cycle correctly wait. and just get your Diet down and your workout while you wait.
However, i dont think your ready for Deca.. I would just do another Test E only cycle at 600mg a week for 12 weeks.
However, incase you don't listen to that here you go..
Deca - 400mg a week for 10 weeks
Test-E - 600mg a week for 12 weeks
So you need more test E.. However if you dont buy more...
Week 1-2 250mg Test E A week
Week 3-12 500mg Test E A week
Week 1-2 100mg Deca a week
Week 3-10 300mg Deca a Week
Arimidex .25mg E3d if nipples get sensitive go .5mg e3d or .5mg ED
Start PCT 15 days after last shot
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20
if you have hcg 500ui a week
However, if you want better results buy more Test E
I wouldn't try deca for second cycle imo. I'd run simple test/oral maybe with prop kicker at most for second cycle imo. Third cycle possibly run a stack. The harder and faster you go the sooner youve gotta run a big stack to simply maintain. If your food and gym are on point there's no reason you couldn't grow on just test e even. Kitchen and gym is the whole key to growing and keeping gains.
Mike re-write the cycle you have in mind including AI's and PCT. Wouldn't hurt to include your goals and diet. Then we can tidy it up for you. That way we aren't doing all the work for you. If we do tht you'll never learn bro. Knowledge in this game is worth it's weight in gold. AAS is probably the only topic I have ever enjoyed doing homework.
StevebYou should at least have enough Deca for a 16 week cycle. Deca takes a while to work. And you might consider having some HCG around in case it shuts you down too much.
Deca at 16wks will obliterate his nuts. Even with HCG rebooting his HPTA will be long and difficult. I would never run deca longer than 10-12 wks. Deca hates my balls.

gearwhorei would do 500/200... deca sides dont generally show at that dose but the benefits do.

aight cool. first off. def need more gear. you always need enough on hand to run the whole cycle and then some. keep it simple. 12 weeks. run the test at 500. test to deca ratio is recommended at 2:1. you can take it a little higher. dont go over 350 on the deca. im assuming you know about pct. are you running an ai, and do you have caber on hand?
well your def going to need more. stats?
X2! He definitely needs more Test. I don't like not seeing a whole cycle prepared for us to critque. Compounds/Dose/Length/AI/PCT. I see more research all over this one. We can't be putting cycles together for anybody who isn't ready.
