southernmuscle615from what I understand when you start going out of control with HGH..doing like 10 IU everyday for real long periods of time your setting yourself up for some serious trouble. Like some type II diabetes trouble.. When your doing these kind of doses, triglycerides are dumped into your bloodstream from fat cells and then on top of that if you go and eat carbs or even worse fast digesting carbs..your body dumps high amounts of insulin to take care of it..but remember your body's insulin resistant now..it cant shuttle sugars and nutrients to muscle or fat cells effiecently ( this doesnt happen overnight) thus leaving it in the bloodstream..so you then have an excessivly high blood sugar levels which is toxic. You keep this up for years and you got metabolic syndrome...and as you probably know..alot of peoplel try to compensate insulin resistance by using insulin IMO your setting your self up to be dependent on taking insulin the rest of your life..I think its best to take GH in reasonable amounts EOD (4IU)...rather than huge amounts ED..you'll be able to stretch your cycle out longer as well and overall get better results..Also the best time to take it is fasting..which would be when you sleep..so 4 or 5 A.M. would be perfect..because you haven't had a change in BG prior or after...and you'd also benefit by getting a glucometer..im definietly not a doctor (yet)..I'd like to see an expert on this topic...
