Cheers all. I think I'll just advise him to see his doctor. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I'll get the lazy shit on here if he has any other question.
Cheers

Really giving medical advice on a subject like this is not cool, leave this to a physician. Tell him to be straight with his physician he's better off. Oh and never listen to advice on this or any other board on subjects where death is a possibility..

A friends father who I get test for on a regular basis was diagnosed with type one diabetes. He felt weak, tired, and flat out shitty. Docs finally got him diagnosed and starts treatment. It wasn't until 6 months later when he started a test only cycle that he really started feeling good. He had energy, good sex drive , felt strong like he was 25 again. After he went back to the docs his numbers showed no signs of the disease. He reluctantly told the doc what he was doing , they ran some tests and got him on a prescription for testosterone. I don't know anything about diabetes. I but know this persons case so please don't misconstrue my words. But it has worked wonders for him.

Def agree with seeing the doc first. Diabetes is NOT something to be f-ed with. Know several people with it, one of my best friends deals with it, and I lost an ex-gf to it a few years back (kidney failure) Out of all of them, my friend "T" is probably dealiing with it the best, but his diet is so restriced it is not funny (exact same meal, exact same time, for the rest of his life!!) The problem is diabetes basically attacks everything in his body.. liver, kidneys, etc. Not worth the risk of trying to do this with "broscience" advice. A doc, preferably one familiar with TRT and Diabetes would be the best place to start.

This is something he should be open about with his doc and take his advice.
Im not diabetic, but ive had some scary times with insulin, and it would be 10 times worse for him!
Even a slight change in diet will change his insulin requirements.

My bro is a type 1 diabetic and he ran DBOL with no problems.

I think with a test e only cycle the only thing to watch for is increased blood sugar? From the extra eating perhaps?
