My nipple is weeping pus

I'm almost at the end of PCT now and I have a bit of gyno in my left nipple. Its not big or noticeable by any standards, and I'm not even sure if its gyno. When I squeeze my nipple pus comes out the end. Any ideas? Not had this before in 3 cycles.

if your lactating the fluid comin out should be just that fluid!1 water like maybe a little thicker but will drip, if you squeeze and "puss" or a solid white yellowish sustance comes out it probably or could be a deep ingrown hair that a pocket of puss keeps forming, or a puss filled subaceous pocket.i had one (ingrown hair0 on the side of my chest, it didnt hurt or anything just felt a lump , i squezzed it and this white yellowish stuff came out it shrank than a month later filled up again , also had one on my neck!!..

mazarDo not take letro and aromasin together! There is no reason to stack the two taking aromasin alone without test will drop your e2 very low @ 25mg ed. You e2 will go down to 5-7 within a few days. Use the caber to stop it lactating and use the aromasin only if you have high estrogen signs/sides. Since you came off pct your estrogen shouldn't be out of the range. Lactation isnt caused by high estrogen the initial build of breast tissue is. Lactation is caused by a spike in prolactin and a drop in progesterone. Sorry to tell you but starving estrogen from your body at this moment will do nothing for your gyno it is too late. Is your gyno visible? How bad is it? Is only the lactating you are having probs with or you got lumps?
Ah i see. Its not too bad its not visible unless i have a bath or am really hot and sweaty. The lump you have to really look for its very small, truthfully i prob wouldn't have noticed myself except for my nipple leaking brown stuff. That was my main concern.
mazarDoesn't sound too bad at all caber will take care of the leaking with 1mg for sure. If it does then you know it was lactating. If it is not too bad visually i would suggest you just take really good care of it from now on. Your next cycle dont wait for high estrogen sides just take an AI from day one and if you hit low estrogen sides then adjust the dose. If you have some aromasin on hand you could try lowering your estrogen if it is high, do you have any high estrogen signs? Bloat, puffy face, nipple itch etc? If its something you cant even notice you had a lucky escape just make sure it doesn't get worse
No have no high eostrogen sides at all im finished pct anyway. You say lucky escape, i say good excuse to get a dress on. Glad it seems ok. I will monitor it carefully though and im definately not cycling again without AIs.

Haha ill be sure to take photos then tread and hook you up. I haven't got the gear yet should be in mail haven't had time to work out dosing yet because im kicking my ex fiance out my house and haven't been able to get on the pc much. Will do a taper though for the letro
mazarUnfortunately your gyno has run its full course. You can use caber to stop it lactating but only thing that will rid your gyno from now on is surgery. No ai/serm will cure/reverse what you got now. Try a 1mg one off dose of caber that should stop the dripping. If it hasn't stopped try the same dose a week later and go e3d on 1mg if it persists. Tapper down if you have to use more than a couple of doses.
I have heard two conflicting discussions on this I have tried none due to having my AI'S on hand at all times. I found this for him hope it helps.
Running letro to reverse gyno:
I am going to go over the three different scenarios which people could fit into. Remember regardless of what scenario you are in it is important that you begin taking the letro ASAP.
1.
Day 1: .25mg letro + anti-e*
Day 2: .50mg letro
Day 3: 1.0mg letro
Day 4: 1.5mg letro
Day 5: 2.0mg letro
Day 6: 2.5mg letro **
2.
Day 1: .50mg letro
Day 2: 1.0mg letro
Day 3: 1.5mg letro
Day 4: 2.0mg letro
Day 5: 2.5mg letro **
3.
Day 1: .50mg letro
Day 2: 1.0mg letro
Day 3: 1.5mg letro
Day 4: 2.0mg letro
Day 5: 2.5mg letro **
*Regardless of the anti-e you are using it is important to still use it for the first day you begin letro as the letro will not have taken any effect and you by no means want your body to be without any protection when gyno is already prevalent.
** You will remain at this dose until gyno symptoms subside. Once you believe your gyno is gone it is important to stay at this dose for another 4-7 days to ensure all traces are gone. I recommend people with a bf% over 15 stay on for a week as it may be harder to judge completely whether the lump is completely gone. Once this period is over it will be important to taper letro down slowly rather than coming off it completely. Regardless of which manner you tapered up your dose you will all taper down in the same fashion.
Day 1: 2.0mg
Day 2: 1.5mg
Day 3: 1.0mg
Day 4: .50mg***
Day 5: .25mg
***You can remain at this dose or go down further to .25mg. It is really up to you at this point. They are both very common maintenance doses as an anti-e while on cycle. Personally I have stayed with .25mg and never had a problem.
mazarI know that protocol only problem is it doesn't work, it didn't for me. The problem with this fella here is that his gyno is at the final stage it has run its course. It can only grow bigger from this point, if he was in the stage that he was growing a lump he could reverse since thats part of the first stage, when you get to the point that your aerolas grow that's the next stage and when you are lactating is the final stage. You cant reverse gyno if it has reached the final stage. Only a doc can fix what he has done and caber can stop the lactation. Letrozole will do nothing
tread-mM, personal experience is good to know but what did not work for you may well work for him. I know your poijt but I have talked to a lot of folks seeping that ran a simple letro/aromkasin protocol and not another issue. I don't doubt your experience with it but I'm just saying if it does not work for o out of ten people it does not make it a 90% failure, it makes it a 100% failure for 9 and a total success for 1. I appreciate your knowledge with it for sure I just think you take a shot at it and I'd put my money on he will be fine. Could be wrong because its happened before...ONCE! LOL
mazarI have never reached the point of lactation like this guy here. The gyno i was trying to reverse with letro was at its first stage and very minimal. I run letro for a full 9 weeks, 2.5mg ed. Anyway you will find that the letro results are more anectotal rather than anything else. Letro is great to reverse the initial hormone imbalance and turn the domination in favor of testosterone. It doesn't starve any receptor, in men it suppresses 58-60% e2 at best. If his gyno was at the initial stage and was just flaring up letro/aromasin would be ideal, his gyno is at the final stage. Sad but true.
tread-mAre you sure you didn't have under dosed letro or even bunk? Reason I ask, my brother will get as large as nickel size lumps on occasion on a really big stack and come off cycle and they go away very fast and has never had gyno. Have heard a lot of seep stories cleared with no problem. I would yiield to you to the degree that I have never had gyno issues at all myself in 26 yrs no matter how big the cycle..other than sore nips but nothing beyond that and even then never ran an AI at all for years. That does not even happen in my case anymore. I like the fact you are taking the concern with him and looking out though brother.
mazarI had two types of letro both where pharma grade and at 2.5mg i had no libido whatsoever and all the other letro sides. Anything less than 2.5mg would get me going with any real letro you loose your pecker at 2.5mg no matter how good libido you have naturally. If the lumps are the initial stage then letro or aromasin will work, sounds like your brother nipped it in the bud when it was at the initial stage. The more it progresses the less chance you have on reversing. Keep in mind some just flare up and dont even have to take letro once they reach homeostasis off cycle they return to how they where before cycle no lumps or nothing. Your bro sounds like that type of people. You would have to be in homeostasis for quite a while though. I just dont want to give false hope to the guy or all the letro sides for no reason.

That's a gyno symptom. I've read that hitting it with letro may reverse it. I don't have the dose off hand, but PM me and I'll dig it up if needed.
Nolva in PCT has always avoided any gyno for me in my mild cycles. I don't have personal experience with this situation. Sucks bro.
mazarThat isn't a gyno symptom is the last stage of gyno the process has been completed and he is lactating. No letrozole will reverse that unfortunately. To understand gyno look at conception and what happens to a woman's boobs from the time of conception till she breast feeds for the first time after birth. That's what we signal to our brain when we let estrogen dominate (hormone imbalance) we signal that we are going to have a baby hence we grow bitch tits. Long story short its too late for any med except caber. He wont be able to reverse whatever tissue he has grown through the process.
