Egg white shake(try it, filling)
ad
6 egg whites(1 cup)
1 scoop powder
Little bit of water or it will just clump and too thick..
Damn, too me it tastes like it's a milk protein shake.. Or what I remember one of those taste like..

If feeling it add 1/2-1 tbsp natty peanut butter.. <------ yeah buddy

I do almost the same for breakfast everyday and just before bed when on bulking cycles: 2 eggs, 5 egg whites, 2 cups of milk 0%fat, 1 banana and 2 scoops of powder protein (40g).
I also add peanut butter once every now and then lol! Great meal replacement, can't really beat that proteiwise !
I gave yours a try this morning.. Was pretty damn good man lol
Rocking some new choc protein and the end result was a choc banana thick shake..
