Cap on karma points handed out p/day

As title says, karma points should have a cap per user to hand out per day
Easy to abuse the system, if someone wanted too...
It just seems to easy to get them and I use them personally to distuinguish the people who are helpful/knowledgeable to the people who ask the questions/newbies but lately i havnt been able to do this really..
I dunno, thoughts ?

Some would beg to differ on the ease of gaining karma.
There have been many changes and alterations to the system since the inception of eroids to curb karma whores including punishmnets for those getting caught excessively bumping their buddies...
As unfair as it may seem we (as humans) have been conditioned with punishmnet as a learning tool (because it works!)
NOt sure on a cap for points. But the only ones allowed to neg someone should be a MOD

is it best to cycle 1-4 aas on first cycle?
what is pct?
easy google search to get in will make info.stick if push comes to shove
ect..questions that should be common sence before attempting to order gas.
