Where to pinn to get the best results

I resently have changed my injection sites from my legs and delt to my glute, I have always heard youll get better results my injecting your glutes but didnt realize how much better until i saw a friend of mine make the change. He has made a very significant change in his build since hestarted pinning his glute. I would like to get some feed back on your most responsive injection site.

After a few years of pinning everywhere I just got sick of it and have stuck top glutes the past few years but never ever noticed any difference in gains by changing sites. boy that would have to be some experiment to find out if true LOL.
tread-mSome will tell you it has no benefit to the muscle you pin itself. I have, and do not advise it, pinned back and forth delt delt delt delt and they increase size and hardness dramatically and the same thing just went glute glute rotation only and your ass gets as hard as a rock. So IMO where you pin is beneficial to that muscle in addition to the overall obviously. Some will swear it has no site benefit but it does, have just played with the rotations in experiment a lot. Especially when running prop ed or eod bumping between only 2 muscles, the effect is quick. Again, 4 site rotation is where one needs to be, at least 4, to decrease the chance of abscess but the point being made is that there is site benefit IMO. Now speifically to your question, if he is pinning glutes only and getting benefit in stronger, size etc all over this might make a little sense. You might seen someone or done this yourself, if you decide "I'm going to start putting bheavy emphasis on the waist down, glutes and legs, you will notice after a while that even your upper body is benefiting from the additional core strength. So if he is hitting delts only and that is helping aid in the additional core strength then that will translate into more strength overall. IMO

I would think pinning the muscle between your ears, would be the only one to make any real difference. As long as the muscle is large enough and the injection site deep enough, muscle is muscle (except for the fore mentioned ear thing).
lol I should have known youd have something to say lol. yeah I know about hitting the muscke deep enough but I was curious as to if there was better muscles to pinn for better results.
AnonIt doesnt matter at all, as long as you pin deep enough it should work the same for all muscles. Going to pin my pec today for the first time wish me luck!!

I've never heard of any definitive proof that injecting into any muscle causes that muscle to grow more than the others.
I pin glutes, quads, delts and sometimes bis and tris. Hate all of them except the glutes. Quads still have lingering PIP. And I'm not new at this.
TxBigBoyI went from pinning my glutes to my quads and I have a hard time going back. I'm in love with my quads, the needle goes in so smooth and I never get pip anymore. Plus accessability is so much better. As far as gains go I've had people tell me you can get better gains from the muscle you pin but not a specific area to pin to see overall bettr results. I'm kinda seeing an increase in my outer quad were I pin so I guess theres some truth in it.
thanks homie, I just remember the dude I use to get my gear from (back in 05) telling me that your glute was the best place to inject because it spreads equally through out your body. This was obviously bullshit but anyways I hjave noticed better results when my homeboy started pinning his glutes, I just figured this could have been because every body is different. Ive had decent gains from my thighs and my dealts (37lbs of gains since july decent) but I wanted to try and see if I had any different results with pinning my glutes. I am definatly gonna do some more research on my injection site options and try to stick with the safest aites. thatnks for the input homie. BTW hows your gains been coming?
It depends man. I love pinning my ass (no homo) because there is almost no PIP what so ever. If you saw my "First Quad Injection Thread" I tried pinning quads and I hate them lol. But i agree with ricu I don't know if there is a most "responsive" injection site, just make sure you follow proper protocol for each injection site. where do you pin on your legs? Ventrogluteal, quad, calf?
There is no such thing as most responsive injection site. Dude, your way off.
Inject in big your muscles, if u dont have big muscles, do not inject.
homie i have been pinning for a good while now, What ive heard is what ive heard Im not saying its true or not thats why I posted this to get others opinions. I could do research all day but why not ask people who have pinned more than thighs and dealts. I was stating the results I have personally seen when a friend of mine changed his injectiong site. I was doing his injections so I know they were done right. In fact when I started pinning his glute he started getting back acne like crazy. This is a educaional site and I dnt care how long ive been yaking steroids ther is always gonna be something new to learn. big muscles isnt an issue for me. I can see your new here, how about trying to help people out instead of dogging them because there are alot of people on here trying to learn more
