Everytime i have tried to write a post on the review fourm the submit bar always goes away and i have to reply off of somebody else's post

Alpha, it happened to me with Naps.
120 characters is a limit in reviews section. Replies in reviews section and posting in other areas don't have the limit.
It's explained in the rules...
