+ 10 Bulking diet
ad
Sample bulk diet of 2019. Works out to be around 3,400 calories if you include the fruit and oils I cook with. Works out to be just south of 250 protein a day and the rest carbs and fats. Yes I’m relying a lot on powders but like most of us I’ve got commitments which mean I can’t always sit down and eat a meal, I’m making this work the only way I can at the moment so cut me some slack before you call me out. I swap the carb and meat protein sources regularly to fresh things up but the shakes stay the same.
- 25g beef protein, 100g oats, fat free yoghurt, 1tbs almond butter, frozen berries, unsweetened almond milk /blended
- 200g sweet potato, 150g chicken breast, sauce, green veg

- Post workout 25g iso whey protein, banana
- Meal at home with Mrs, could be anything.
- 30g Casein whey protein shake, almond butter, unsweetened almond milk
Any constructive criticism or advice please comment. I’ll be throwing in a low calorie week here and there to keep the gains rolling in.

Sounds like meal prep :-) Pretty easy to pop something in the microwave and eat it.
There might be better choices but i do the gatorade intra workout and a banana post workout
For what its worth I use 25g in a pro shake of Dextrose from our lovely source lol and then 25g in a glass of lucozade, soon brings me back to life.
25g straight after then you sip 25g?
Yeh I do 50g pro shakes which always make me thirsty as hell 20 mins later so thats the hydration part and recovery from training. I love Luco also and the sweetness of the dextrose goes really well in it, vitargo/malto/waxy just don't mix well or taste good in it. Fructrose too sweet for me..
I’m not a massive fan of dextrose as consuming that amount of simple carb usually results in some unwanted spots. I’ll give it a go again and see how I fair, I know the gains it produces are there

Looks very good, simple and effective. I should use something like this, I'm guessing keeping the shakes smaller makes it easier to get them in throught the day.. +
Yeah, started with 200g of oats (blended into a flour) per shake but it was getting difficult to consume and heavy. On this diet I’m full but not stuffing my face and feeling bloated. It’s also an extremely cheap diet compared to previous bulking diets I’ve done in the past.
What kind of yogurt are you eating? Greek yogurt? If so try it with dried mint and some rose buds finely crushed. Dated a foreign exchange student that fed me tons of that, it's a staple in her country and makes Greek yogurt a lot more pleasant to eat. Cheers.
Thanks for the input, it’s protein fromage frais fat free, super cheap. I’ve edited the post so you can see I blend all the ingredients together
Lol let me just check my dried mint and rose buds drawer...
Shit I’m fresh out
I guess you don't have stores or any health food markets near you then haha
Just razzin you bro, good on you for smashing out a foreign chick, and all the better if you can get a good recipe out of her!
I’ll have to try it
Foreign chicks or recipe? If you had to pick one, choose foreign chicks.
Lol
Haha
