Not going to lie I am not asking to be stopped or talked out of a cycle I am just trying to figure out the safest path. I am 6’ 1” 150 pounds. Been working out around 7 months and am not putting on any mass. Yes I eat enough carbs calories and protein. I workout 5 days a week. Please! I need to gain mass!

What's your tdee and how much above that are you intaking. No matter what food is your go to and if your not putting enough in your body to grow then gear isn't going to do it either, you'll gain some but it will be a waste because your not using ita full potential. If 3500cal isn't enough shoot for 4000. What's your macro intake as well. And what type of lifting and how often do you lift.
I'd tell you what most of these guys would tell you for your first cycle and that is to start with 500 test split throughout the week. But it's not going to equate to much if you don't eat enough or eat right my dude. You should be able to put some size on by just eating and lifting heavy. Also, what crazydoser said, start with 3 days a week. Hit it hard... I mean fucking hard and heavy!!! Beyond that, it's all food and rest. We don't grow in the gym brother, we grow in the kitchen and in the bed.
Clearly, you've been on here before under a different account name and got blasted, just like these guys are doing now. And they aren't trying to be dicks either (even though it may seem that way). They are looking out for your best interest and health bro. I'm 50! I ain't even consider gear until I was 49. There's so much genetic potential to be had that you are throwing away if you start gear now. You are just going to expedite what you could've done naturally. I get it, your handle on here says it all. You are gonna do it regardless... Just be smart about it bro! If you are gonna run gear regardless, start with test for like 3-4 months and eat like a motherfucker! Eat clean though! Lean ground beef, eggs, chicken, rice, fish, shit like that. Not pizza, McDonald's and all that nasty shit. Real food! And rest... Make sure you sleep enough. No alcohol or drugs. Do you body right!!! Good luck dude! I hope you do the right thing....
No I have not been on here before. I just started researching and came across this forum. I believe my mind is already made up. Thanks for the honest response
You're not eating enough. Period.
Tell me what your average day of eating consists of.
Do you have any health conditions?
How many calories are you consuming daily and what is your training split/ routine ?
Do you take part in any other sports or physically demanding activities regularly? Let’s have a look at these factors first then go from there
yes i am a swimmer i am planning to leaving the swimming scene at the end of the season and focus on putting on mass and muscle. I would say I eat around 3500 calories a day between 5 meals. I also work a labor job so i am burning calories throughout the whole day. I do not have a single health condition.
BOOM there it is. So you just said your burning calories all day, being as tall as you are it's going to take more to get bigger,I bet you that 3500 calories a day is right at maintenance for ya and not a surplus.
Username checks out
cool bro thanks for the input ill jot this down.
I hope so
6'1 and 150lbs. You are thin as a rail and won't gain much more on gear if you don't eat.
That being said gear would increase your appetite and help muscle retention from your already shit diet. If you really want to gain mass learn how to eat enough to sustain your body and put on mass.
You guys have this all wrong, this is a troll account from someone whose been banned, they know exactly what they’re doing, when they can’t be part of a positive movement they’ll do anything to derail said movement.
wong never been here before. thanks for this tho
Facts and wisdom from the duck
That’s just sad.
YUHH!!!
There he goes. I been waiting. I'll holler at you
First, do yourself a favor and lift at least 2 years without any enhancement. I know that wasn’t your question but thank me in 2 years for that advice. You will waste so much potential by hopping on gear instantly.
150 pounds 6ft you shouldn’t think about taking anything even a second.
Start tracking your calories, most people who say they eat enough realize they didn’t eat enough at all when they start tracking.
It will be annoying in the beginning but it will be worth it. Start with a basic estimate you get from any TDEE calculator online and adjust every 2 weeks based on your weight gain or loss. Also take you bodyweight daily after waking up and average the week and compare the averages. Daily fluctuations mean nothing.
Then train your ass off and get stronger. Do that over 2 years with slow but consistent bodyweight gain and you should be able to build a solid foundation.
Then come back for cycle advice maybe.
Why do you believe that training 5 times a week without proper experience will give you muscle mass gain? This is very strange. The first thing you need to do is reduce the number of workouts to 3 times a week and create a proper training program.
Thats 100% food intake. No steroid will overcome high metabolism and lack of caloric intake.
That’s not what I asked. I am going to start my first cycle and asking where to start and advice. Lock in!
these guys are correct, you need to increase food intake. I know your going to "do it regardless" but your putting yourself in a bad position my guy. You will get shredded before you put on any mass.
Hes got a fake identification and is here to get you mad.
True, I just wanted to be apart of the team and help him out. Already got someone else riding my ass in another thread.
Thanks for the heads up.
Bad position… why can’t anyone just be like yo this is a good starting point see how you feel after that and get a trainer. Should I just get a trainer and tell him I want to cycle?
What can’t anyone just give me a million dollars, tell me my cocks huge and I’m beautiful….. well because those would be lies sir.
... Sometimes I wanna be lied to.
anvilBecause it isn't. All you are going to is take gear get up to 165, finish the cycle and go back to 150. You can get a trainer or a coach and if they cared about you they would say the same thing. This a slow, steady, consistent , goal oriented thing we do here. Gear will absolutely help you out on size do to the nutritional partitioning, but once you stop , it stops. You cannot inject diet and good training my friend. Just go do whatever you think is right, in the end it's up to you.
Because they care. The starting point for you is eating more. For me, it was eating less. I didnt bring gear in until it was beneficial.
Gear is not going to do what you think its going to do.
If you get a trainer A. He is doesnt give a shit and will tell you take this and that. Or B. He CARES, and will tell you what these guys are telling but will charge you.
Gopher it!!
