All at once?

Is there any harm taking all my vitamin supplements all at once in the morning or does this effect the way they're absorbed?

For instance I take: MultiV, Vit C, Zinc, probiotic, B-complex, fiber and Fish oils after breakfast at the same time (then more fish oil through out the day).

In doing this am I wasting them by over crowding?

I would split them up and take them throughout the day. Your body can only absorb so much through food and supplements.
Eat 6-7 meals a day and take your supplements with those meals.

split them up throughtout the day. To much at once be hard for your body to absorb it all. Best time to take your supplements is halfway through your meal.

Makes sense, it's what I was thinking too. I'll split them into AM/PM.

I'll start taking them during a meal too.
