How we looking? Gonna push hard these last 2 weeks, then a refeed week, then probably just gonna maintain or slowly reverse out.

Solid upper body. Pretty well balanced and great flow. Can't see the legs. How long have you been dieting for? If it's been more then 4 months your body is primed for a nice rebound growth phase. Its hungry for nutrients and ready to grow. 16 weeks of a high carb, low fat, moderate protein, and a bulk cycle will blow you up with little fat gain. Then you can drop to maintaince and cruise. It's the most rewarding phase, you can consume huge amount of carbs from fruit, honey, applesauce, yogurt, cream of wheat, rice, grits, ceral, sherbert, even some candy, as long as their is no fat coupled with it, your muscles will just soak it all up, and keep your glycogen full for the whole 16 weeks. You should see incredible gains in a short period of time while keeping your abs. Hit calves after each workout, they need some love.
