+ 2 Really bad joint pain/carpal tunnel
As the title says, my carpal tunel has gotten so bad that now is in both hands, my knees are shutdown to the point that if I bend down I have to either grab something to pull me up or get up with a lot of effort(like an old man)
Needles to say, this is affecting my workout routine, specially LEGS, which in my opinion is my weakest point. I start light warm ups but even riding the bike hurts & im afraid something might gonna snap lol. Also the carpal tunnel gets very intense at nights that I can't seem to get much sleep pass 2am, when I go to work the tingling gets to the point I drop my tools(I'm in the home remodeling business) all the fucking time because how numbs my handss are & have no grip.
This is been going for at least 5 weeks now lol...
I try to find humor in this because I'm not a complainer so I want to heard your opinions & how you overcome this shit or if this the way HGH suppose to feel like!?!?
I started at 6IU, drop down to 5IU then now to 4, and last week went down to 3IU nothing changed & back at 4IU
I'm currently doing HGH @ 4IU/day
And IGF-LR3 & loving the stuff.

btmusic08don't do high dose when you feel bad joint pain. that's very advice.
I would drop the IGF1 completely for a couple of weeks (generally I advie on 3-4 weeks on 2-3 weeks off on the IGF1-lr3, the IGF1-DES may be run for longer as he carries very short half life), this combo (GH + IGF1) is stronger then one may imagine, I've seen real athletes off cycle gaining muscle if adding IGF1 to GH as far fetched as it may sound
RustyhookerIn pain.... drop the hgh and igf. From reading the igf is cycled anyways. I'm going to use just 20mcg on workout days post workout for 4 weeks, then 2 off. Hgh 2iu hour pwo with big meal.
What's your igf pinning schedule look like? And dosage?
I'm at week 3. At 80mcg/day. Feeling like the muscles stay full & clothes get tight everyday specially in arms & chest.
I started at 1iu for a month, then 2iu for a month. Continued that until I got to 4iu and still had some sides but they were not to bad. You need to step it up slowly bro and let your body adapt
I bet I know which gh he's using! Haha
10-4... thanks for the input PPGfreak
I will warn you a good friend of mine took alot of hgh over a couple of years and it was all pharma grade but he had the same problem with trying to grip tools and sleeping he always thought that once he stopped running the hgh it would go away it never has. He struggles till this day with horrible carple tunnel.
Just a warning brother be careful
That's scary. I'm going to 2 IU & report later
I started on a pharma brand at 4iu believing all the forum posts and articles saying 4iu is a low dose... after 3 weeks I could close my hand and I had to swing it around to get blood flowing to it. In the morning when I woke up I basically couldn't feel my forearms and trying to hold anything was the weirdest sensation.
I backed off to 1iu for 2 weeks and it subsided then upped to 2iu for a week then 3 for a week then back to 4 for a week. I'm now running around 5.5-6iu a day and no issues at all with carpal tunnel.
Great input. Seems like I started too high. Thanks for chime in
Way to high of a dose to start out on. Back it down to 2iu for several weeks and then slowly add in an iu every few weeks or so until you are up to your desired dose but still expect numbness when you get above 4iu or so. About the highest I can go is 3.5iu and I still get tingly. Above that my hands get to numb and I can't sleep and it hurts my wrists working out.
Need to delete out your sources.
Sounds good. I will drop it to 2IU & see what happens
