I found this chart and want it to share with my Eroids family, for those who have a hard time counting your macros, this is a easy way to keep track of your calories, carbs and protein that you need each day to achieve your goals. A food scale is a must have in order to make this chart even more functional. Comment, read and let me know what you guys think about it. I hope this help some of us who have a hard time keeping track of your macros.
