The wife made me smoked chicken with smoked rice!! One of my favorite meals.

I went roll over the rice today cause it looked so fucking good
That looks banging mmmmm
Shit was banging especially the hot sauce was a local made habanero sauce with a little Cayenne infused honey shit slapped
Nice looks good.
Skin on making me salivate! Smoked rice? Liquid smoke, or a special method?
Special method bro, you make a bowl out of foil and put it on top of the rice after its cooked, then place a red hot charcoal in the foil and pour oil on top of the charcoal it'll start smoking a lot. Then you close the lid and let the smoke infuse into the rice. That's also how we smoked the chicken. It was cooked in the oven and them smoke flavor added with charcoal
Stupid question… where do you get the hot coal from?

You can but it from a smoke shop.ask for hookah charcoal, it's cube shaped natural coconut charcoal. Make sure you use a gas burner, it'll mess up the glass on an electric glass stove top. Or buy it from Amazon https://amzn.to/49IDndb
Liver w/ onions and sweet potato’s over in my household
Nice, I don't like liver personally but my wife loves it. That looks good.
It’s fucking tough and not very appetizing but I eat it (and so does my son) becuaee it’s high in protein and nutrients. We eat it once every 2 weeks. It’s a true “superfood”.
Chicken liver is the best. I'm assuming you are eating beef liver. Chicken liver is usually not tough. We Sautee it in olive oil with onions. Try chicken liver next time.
Pro tip if you want it fresh, buy it from a Middle Eastern grocery store. Plus their chicken is always the best quality. Regular grocery stores chicken is so shitty.
I bought 3/4 of a cow, had it butchered and put in my deep freezer. 50 plus pounds of ground beef, all the organs except the lungs, 20-25 steaks, ribs etc
All local grass fed cow. The field it grazes is right down the road. They live a good life in a beautiful pasture, all grass, they can walk around, etc… The meat is delicious.
I live in rural country…
That sounds fucking yummy! How much did that cost if you don't mind me asking?
Approx $650, another $200 for the butchering/processing/packaging
Lb of ground beef comes out to 4.67 a lb
Edit: most of the surrounding people (not farmers/ranchers) will buy 1 to 2 cows themselves and raise them, then have it slaughtered when it comes of age. Probably only save a couple hundred doing that but they like having a small barn and field to feed the cow. Plus builds responsibility for the younger boys in the family
Then I buy veggies from the local hippies and Amish hahaha. Most locals have their gardens and such but I don’t have time for that
Wow that's a good price. I figured it would cost more. Yeah I'm in Ohio, it's full of Amish lol
These cattle are not as big as ordinary cattle. Mostly grass diet, a little corn, and definitely no tren in these fuckers
Gainz411Your chicken looks yummy!
I made chicken breast with cream of rice, cinnamon and honey. Looks gross but it’s delicious lol
Thank you, yours looks good, cinnamon and honey sounds good.
ohh lalalalala
