Morning or Night Time For Me
Ok, getting ready to start a run with some growth at the start of July. From doing some reading I see that some people say take it in the morning while some say take it at night before bed. Here is my situation, i'm a very light sleeper as it is, the slightest thing can wake me up. When i do fall good and asleep I might get a good 1 to 2 hours of hard sleep and 3 if i'm lucky out of 7 to 8 hours (this is a good night and does not always happen, maybe 2 times a week if I'm lucky) My question is. Is this enough time for my own natural body secretion of hormones to do any good? If it is I could see taking it in the morning. I dont want to shut down my own body's production if at all possible. Split dose? Will be starting out at 1iu a day and going up from there. I have used growth before but it had to be bunk shit. Got up to 5ius and no better sleep or sides of any kind. And no, no bloodwork done on those. Blue tops were run, got them from a friend of a friend and after what I paid for them will no results it left a bad taste in my mouth and haven't tried any since then (4 years ago). Stats-----early 40's, 206 not even gonna try and guess body fat. Can see top abs, bottoms not so much LOL. but its not that bad. Thanks for anyone who is willing to help with advice.....Goal is just over all well being and hopefuly some fat lose ( and yes I will have my diet right ). Just wanting to see what growth can do for me at my age in the game. Will be running black top Hyges have 6 boxes ready to go. Thanks again...

Pin at night. It might take you a couple of weeks to get used to it and fall asleep quickly but once you're out you should get better , longer sleep.
So I have been running for about 3 months. I am also a light sleeper. Personally, when I would pin in the morning, I would find myself exhausted about 2 hours afterwards. I began to pin at night on an empty stomach. Most might suggest that this might interrupt ones natural production, however, I now believe that my natural production was not as efficient as the average person because I am sleeping better than I have in years, and I have really seen results pertaining to my fat loss. I have read that once you are 35 or older, your natural production substantially decreases, which might suggest that pinning at night would not interfere anyway. I am no expert, but this is just my personal experience, and I think each person must find what works for them.
