When you have told us you have receive just 25 ampoules and 8 proviron I was strange as the comments in your order indicated that the whole order was sent in one big envelope.
Even that and even you didnt show us any seizure letter, I have asked the shipper to reship it to you. The weight of the package that was sent to you was around 400 gr, while the product you have receive weight around 125.
When the reshipped package was sent (including 75 ampoules + 4 proviron strips, in July the 2nd) I bitched on him because he forgot to send it trackable as I told him and I swear to God I told him: "Now he will claim he didnt receive it." And here you have.
It´s strange that one package that was sent to you weighting 400 grams arriving to you weighting 125, it´s strange that the package get lost in the post and it´s strange, very very strange, that with 25 ampoules you have enough to share with two of your friends at 500 mg/week each.

I had initially poor Galenica Testo , but Texx has solved the problem by sending me again Testo Norma
The first 3 orders I did were fine, I received the stuff after 7/10 days.
I get some trouble with my last one. It was split in 2 packages. I received the first one after 6 days ...im still waiting for the second one after 27 days.

Perhaps I was a little hasty in leaving a negative review without giving him enough time to investigate.
He has removed Bd from the store pending test results whcih shows he's taking action on this.

1) We have talked to BD and they told us they had never hear nothing wrong with this batch.
2) We have never received any complaint about this specific product from any customer.
3) We have agreed with BD to send a sample to be lab tested.
4) Once we will have the results of that new test we will take a decision with you about how not to make you feel being letting down.
The fact that we are taking those steps are NOT JUST taking care of you and for sure put value of the fact that you spent your money in our store BUT to take care and reconfirm that every product you can find in our store have been checked so no one else would have this issue in the future.
After I have sent you all those emails and the explanation of the whole process you preferred to ignore them and just ask, inmediately about:
1) A refund.
2) To send you product as a replacement.
Which make wonder, if in fact you have sent a sample of the product you have receive from us and it´s not what is labelled, why do you want another product from us? And why dont you prefer us to check the product so in the future no one will have this problem?
As I have told you privately, we are here to solve this matter. And be sure it will be done.

As we have already told you privately, when I´m tracking your order I can not see it´s being returned to the sender. I have suggested you to call your closer post office with all the shipment details so they can provide you more information about your order.
On the other hand, I had also told you that the shipper will try ti receive it back, it´s not going good all the times, but he was able to try about it. As you can understand I will ask him right now not to take any risk in order to pick your package back. I purchased from texxgears, I thought they were people of the word, but I was wrong ..
deca with crystal inside (looks like glass) and it arrived, I tried to warm up as suggested by Texx, and does not really do anything for me! crystal or glass is always there, hard as a rock! In practice, the deca do not need! money down the drain!
though they knew that the deca had this crystal does not dissolve, because you sent it to me?
the second package containing the stanaz, not arrived. past 1 month now and do not know anything ..
I tried to send the email. but nothing .. they wanted ID of the order, but in the end the pack and lost.
I paid for tracking of the package, tracing package for stanaz not me .. but you gave and paid for by tracing function
customers do not deserve this treatment....

So I would first like to say that I have had success with texxgears in the past, I have received all of the pct products I ordered. however I have been waiting 3 weeks for a domestic shipping order of test and tren. I emailed after 2 weeks wait and was given a reply that it would be looked into, this was a week ago. I have since sent 4 emails asking for him to update me or reship the package with no response. Texx advertises his domestic product to your doorstep in 3 to 5 days this is obviously not the case. If you the reader, actually get your product, it is fairly good in my past experience. Buyer beware if there is any trouble with your order you will not get a prompt response if you get one at all. I will not be using this source anymore. Very disappointed. I am sure he will respond to this saying he never got any emails or that he replied to me, LIES. I will update this if my product arrives or texx makes it right.

I may order from texx again but will never order the leaf lab brand as I was told communication with that supplier was the reason for the delay.

Order for DNP and T3 placed and funds sent 4/22 (paid for registered mail / trackable shipping).
Funds picked up and order marked "shipped" 4/23.
Emailed 4/24 to ask for tracking number, got reply that it would be available shortly.
No news yet.
Emailed 4/28 to the "mister_y" TexxGears address mentioned below. No response.
Emailed 4/29, forwarded same email from 4/28 to the main TexxGears address. No response yet.
Since it's now been a week since funds were picked up and the order was "shipped" and there is still no tracking information, I am getting concerned. I don't have any reason to doubt TexxGears, but I am worried since this was my first test order with them ($300 isn't great to lose, but happily much less than I might have sent otherwise).
I'll be happy to revisit this and give stellar reviews once the order moves along, and is eventually received. Hopefully the first of many.

And the first time in 5 years that I buy products on the sites, and I do not ship my order, in addition to being taken for a ride by these guys, I ordered March 13, paid March 13, I sent many emails saying what happened to my order, they always told me that it would arrive, I forgot products January shi may not have the tracking number package, but I paid more for what I was given, I sent emeil and now no longer respond, what can I expect at the end are the same gennxxxlgear, the site of tex is equal to them, the products are branded texgear axio now, I think you'll notice that, they are waiting to receive concrete answers to their !!
Before writing this negative review, I expected these guys facessere their job well, but ultimately were not respectful, then carefully!!
