I means, you have already received the info in your email last week. Give some time to the package to arrive to you.
The fact here is that you claimed that we have sent you fake product. We reshipped your order. You said nothing arrived and we had no choice to see if it was truth or not because you had paid for regular shipping and we did send it regular, not trackable. After that complaint we have reship it again to you, trackable, this time, to be able to check if you have received it or not
Now few things could happen:
1- That your package will be delivered without any problem, so we will be happy for that but we will have the feeling you did receive the first package. But no worries. Shits happens.
2- There is a chance that your first package was seized and your addy flagged. If that happened, you should receive now one seizure letter for the first package a a not nice fine for the second, as your hurries forced us to send you the package again urgently. As you have forced this situation,and as you can understand, in that case we will not take responsibility for anything and will not reship your package again, as it was already reshipped twice.
I really hope the first option will happen so you will be secure and safe.
I just ask you to wait around one week or ten days before continuing posting shit.
On the other hand, if you wrote here with a new nice, loydchristmas, we are not able to in ow you are sprawler until your said so.

I ordered in October 2012, when I didn't receive my order I reordered from them as I thought I might get a seizure letter. The second order came through so I thought I'd just have to wait for the first. Well nearly a year later and nothing, no seizure letter, nothing. I asked if they'd reship at a reduced price but they left me high and dry. They gave me a tracking number that never worked so I will never know if they sent it. It's sad that they just won't do anything but sit back and revel in others misfourtune.

It´s weird that we didnt heard any complaints from you in almost one year and yesterday, suddenly, you wrote us asking for a reshipment. As I have already answered you by email:
"As too long time passes, we are not able to track it in the XXXXXX post so I can not confirm if it was delivered or not.
As you know, your package contained 2 Sciroxx Products and they are not in the XXXXXX reshipping policies, but the product under the XXXXXX Section.
My apologies for this but there is nothing I can do for it."
As we have done with many other customer, we would reship your package if we were able to check that your package was, in fact, not delivered, but as so long time passes, your country´s post service website is not providing this kind of information already. I´m pretty sorry for this situation, but there is nothing we can do about it.
On the other hand, I have to say you NEVER asked us if we can reship your package at a reduced discount. Those are EXACTLY the words you wrote us in the email you sent almost ONE YEAR after your order was shipped:

Ordered product about 4 weeks ago, sent money same exact day I ordered product. Got an e-mail next day, telling me to change the receiver name for the western union, i did, immediately, and e-mailed back telling them it has been changed. Got an e-mail few days later saying product was shipped, still haven't received anything. Been almost 3 weeks now with no product, and absolutely no replies from my e-mails. I really hate to write a bad review, and I would have preferred to speak with them directly, but since they dont answer e-mail ans give me updated info, I had to do this.

I only received partial order. Texx has not been a man of his word. Has refused to issue credit that he said we was going to issue because I have not yet received my order. He blames the supplier. He needs to do what he says and then follow through. I have emails to prove he is giving me the run around.

The first 10 weeks communication was good the last 2-3 weeks I have to continue emailing to get a response. Texx keeps telling me that my gear has been. This has been ongoing for the last 13 weeks. He offered to give credit but when I asked for credit for new product he refused and keeps telling me that my gear has been been sent and i should receive soon. Like I said this has been ongoing for 13 weeks.

Packaging was terrible. It was in an envelope with bottle in bubble wrap and visible through wrap. Not discreet and easily detectable. I mentioned that to Texx and he has failed to respond to my last 2 emails about packaging.
