None needed, knew exactly what I wanted. In the past however when I have had one or two questions they are always answered within 12 hours max with precise and to the point answers.
Very quick and efficient. Popped the order through the site along with payment and once received I got an email back of confirmation and then another once shipped together with an invoice for my company records Hahaha Products arrived within 3 days of ordering with no idea what was in the packaging.

Honestly communication wasn't really needed on my part. I placed my order and in about 48 hours I had notification that my order shipped. Peace of mind is something that I really look for in sources. I don't have the time or patience, like most of us, to chase a source down for our order status.
T/A was about two weeks to the east coast and packaging was very secure and discreet.
Not much more to say then great source with great products. I would have used them more if I didn't focus on domestics for most of my purchases, but I would recommend them to anyone.

Communication is usually good, occasionally it takes a day or 2 for a reply but we all have other commitments so its understandable.
My first time using and definitely won't be the last. The communication was average but there were not problems except one . It wasn't their fault but one of the vials I order had what appeared to be fabric floating in it. I sent them over photos and they sent me out a replacement so fair play. I'm pretty sure they got in contact with the producer about it too. Med-tech.
