Little communication was required. Order confirmation email was received and then Royal Mail tracking number was sent.
Packing was plain and discrete. Plain brown envelope with no indication as to what was inside. Vials were boxed and wrapped together.
These products were ordered across 3 orders and packing was the same each time.
Overall very pleased with the service and products supplied and I would recommend this supplier and the products mentioned.
I ordered my product on Sept 2 and haven't received it as of Sept 28. I emailed to ask what the hold up might be and was told "once the product leaves the country, it's out of our hands." I just received a noticed from US customs that the order was confiscated. I sent an email to Suppdirect 2 days ago and still haven't heard back. It seems I just wasted money on a product I never received and for a company who takes no responsibility in delivering their product.

They sent me an Vial of Test C MedTech with a black floater in it, than they told me that they gonna send me an replacement.. They told me that they gonna ship it on monday, but now i got an email that they canceled my order, for no reason!! wtf? Please give me an answer asap what is wrong!?
