Hello everyone. I have been using suppdirect for over 2 years now and never once have I not received my order. The quality off there products is excellent and genuine so there is no need to worry. Delivery time also is very good in the 2ish years off using them I have always had my order with in about 5 to 7 working days. Communication with suppdirect is also very good they normally reply with in 1 or 2 days.
To be very honest these people give me a peace of mind knowing that my money is safe in there hands and the quality is genuine. What more do you need and even if you don't get a reply once you have sent payment there is no need to worry.

So this is my fourth order from suppdirect.com, the first 3 orders arrived within 2-5 days. This one's been 11 days since payment was first made, and nothing has arrived. They use special guaranteed next day delivery and are domestic to me (UK to UK), so there's no reason for it to be that slow.
After they dispatch, your gear should come within 24 hours as they only ship via royal mail guaranteed next day delivery.
It usually takes a few days to get something despite the fast and expensive delivery, because they're slow at dispatching (never had a same day dispatch, think the quickest dispatch I've had was next day, and that was just the once, the others all took 3 or 4 WORKING days after placing the order to even be sent, despite receiving immediate payment on each occasion.)
Going by my previous order experience with them, this means you will generally get your order within 2-5 working days if you're in the UK.
I ordered on the 25th of May. Payment was accepted on the 26th, their site says they shipped on the 30th (like I said, very slow dispatch.) So seeing as it's one day delivery when it does actually dispatch, my order should've arrived on the 31st. It did not. So I thought fuck it, I'll give it another day. Nothing on the 1st of June either, which doesn't make sense when you pay for expensive postage that NEVER takes more than a working day to arrive once the stuff's actually been sent.
So I message them asking for a tracking number on the 1st of June because the gear hadn't turned up, we're the 5th of June now, the gear's still not here and I've had no response to my e-mail asking for a tracking number.
So no gear, no money, and the T not turning up is putting my cruise at risk as I only had 3 weeks worth of test-e left when I made the order.
In a nut shell: shit didn't arrive, no customer support, no tracking number. I can only assume they didn't even ship, or they did ship, but someone signed for my gear and held onto it. I don't know what the situation is, because I don't have a tracking number.
The whole point of guaranteed next day is it's signed, tracked, and comes quick. So you get it quick, and if you don't, you can find out quickly where it is, confront the fucker holding onto your package, and get the shit you paid for. This shouldn't be a problem. It's only a problem because they don't provide a tracking number when you ask for one, and their portal only shows your order reference (which is not a tracking number you can use to find your shit).
Remember, you can have a solid experience with a source a few times, and then they randomly let you down. I've used them successfully 3 times in the past, and the gear was good then and didn't take too long to arrive, so all I can say is buy at your peril, and don't expect any customer support if your shit goes missing.
My time commands a very high hourly rate, so I have far more important shit to do than take the time out of my day to review poor customer service on a steroid website, but I don't want anyone else risking their cruise and losing their money because they don't mass stock up on gear, and what they do order doesn't turn up.

So I have ordered from Suppdirect about 5 times in total now. I have never had a problem with them, delivery was quick, the ordering process was painless (providing you read their emails detailing exactly how to pay).

All communication came in form of automated emails, but these are informative and plentiful, let me explain.
Placed an order online, 2 minutes later I received an email saying my order is being processed.
After another 5 minutes I get another email with my invoice attached as a PDF.
One hour after the initial order I get a further 2 emails explaining how to pay for the goods (I always use bank transfer).
Pay for the goods, email them a screenshot of the payment screen.
2-3 days later little package arrives in the post - voila!
Packaging was very good and discreet, ordered on 1 day, was sent payment instructions and goods arrived 2-3 days later. Nice and swift. No problems.
Never had any problem at all with this site.

If people aren't getting their orders or order details, I'd suggest checking your Junk folder, 'cos that was where mine ended up first time I ordered from them.

This was my first order unfortunately it is not positive. I paid and did not gert my order. Suppdirect.com ket sending a request for payment even though i had paid, then cut off communication. So no product-no order.

As other people have been scammed by suppdirect, wish i had read reviews first. On my wife and kids do not order from this person, they lie and take your money.

+ 1Warning!!! Do not order from this supplier. I placed an order on 02/05/2017 for £158 worth of stuff by bank transfer to Allworlds LTD as requested by seller. He cancelled my order after querying the delivery and will not refund my money!!!! and ignores any communication. Looking on the internet it has happened to many others as well. Beware!!!

First time internet order so was kinda worried about it all. Probably sent him more emails than needed. But including the bank holiday I had what I ordered in 4 day from paying. There no need to try it as it's clear it the real deal. So I know it's works. Next time I will place a order and can relax knowing what I order will be what I receive.

No communication from them
First of all I used suppdirect 4-5 times always got my product communication is much needed though. On March 21st my payment was accepted a week in I asked for a tracking number like I always do witch I shouldn't have to ask no reply . On the 14th day I emailed them where's my product I'm getting pissed already because no reply them on April 2nd I get a email saying my payment accepted I'm like Wtf? I sent them a pissed off email I had enough still no reply . I warned them I would leave a bad review and it's bull crap I lost my money I wanted my issue fixed Do Not Buy from them let's see of this gets deleted
