Napagear continues to say, give it more time, I say ok, but how much more must I wait, a week, 10 days, 2 weeks, what I wanna know is when does this waiting game expire? And since there ain't no slack in my back, I will email u till u have a heartattack. Put that in yo pipe and smoke it.
Napsgear emailed this to me, I see your package has been shipped, the issue is we have discovered backed up orders haven't been released through postal hub, we are aware of it and we are working on it, our job has been completed by releasing your in a timothy matter. I email bac and said I'm 10-10 listening in, so shake the trees and ill rack this leaves. Do kick it back jack and pick up my slack. Let's c what they come bac with now.

I placed an order with Napsgear that was supposedly shipped on June 7th, 2011 and have yet to receive it.
Anybody else having this same problem?
...used track and trace website and this is what I got....I ordered this in May....never got the first one...this is a re-ship that was shipped June 15th according to naps.

Yes i used both track-trace and usps and nothing showed up,naps said they shipped it a month ago. I think they just gave me some random number, the ppl who ordered in july have it good they will actually get there stuff, it kind of upsets me that all the other ppl who order before are getting screwed over
I place my order a month ago, just today I asked for my tracking number, they gave me it and when I went to look for my package there was no record for it. So I contacted naps and they told me "Please give it a little time for it to update". Well what that tells me is that they never sent my stuff, this is the worst experience ive ever had!!!
I placed my order on 07/14/11, western union was picked up on 07/14/11 and status was changed to shipped on 07/20/11. Ive had good luck with naps in the past and they have great prices hope everything works out. I hadnt seen these reviews before i ordered so im alittle worried but ill keep u guys upgraded. Keeepin my fingers crossed.
blackmktim starting to think if all the shipments go from Ukraine to GREECE. and sit in Greece for weeks on cuz of the strike, just a maybe. got an order that was shipped on the 7th and we'll see what happens.
go to track-trace website and choose post/ems and then the tracking number. Its def not in the states yet. Prob not for atleast 4 more weeks
Hey guys, so just an update. I've only received one TN number for an order that was made 07/01/2011 & "shipped" 07/05/2011. Apparently there was 2 shipments and they only have 1 number right now.
Anyway the first TN number is registering on USPS and is Processed Through Sort Facility as of 07/13/2011 - so hopefully this gives some hope for some people. At least it is doing something... I'm only on week 3.

UPDATE FROM NAPS: We have learned that these were delayed in Europe and just released this week. We expect them to be arriving within 2 weeks, they are still on the way.
