My overall experience

Ordered June 1st. Its now almost August 1st. 2 months now of waiting and only thing "customer support" is saying is wait 1 more week, 1 more... Tired of getting fuked with by this company. It says by track-trace that it has been stuck at customs since 6-22. So for over a month now it hasn't moved. Has anyone else experience this and not gotten their package seized and finally got their gear? From what they are saying they definitely do not do refunds, but will they eventually do reships? To me this company seems like a scam. Only a few lucky people got their gear g2g, but most of us have been playing the waiting game for a ridiculous amount of time just to practically never get it. All I know is I will never ever deal with these corrupt people again and will tell others to do the same.

since i've spoken my peace agreed to keep my mouth shut about Naps, it was this week that they said wait for the next coming 2 week of product arrival. so i guess let's be a little patience, trust me i've been one of the folks that’s been waiting for a while now! just ready to finally get my gear and post a professional review but one question is why are their reviews going up? who are these new comers signing in in ranking up reviews? we call that flooding! "new comments" bee coming in to wash out what we have been talking about for the last 2-3 weeks and magically ranking goes up?himmmm.....i'm not suggesting anything though, i could be totally off!

kwabby6 » yeah bro i thought that too but i looked into it closer and realized that everytime you vote (even if its one star) the VOTE meter goes up but the average will decrease. but if there is new members voting high.....yeah then thats suspicious.

I'm seriously getting tired of waiting. Naps people say that "gear should be arriving any day now".. They've been saying that for over a week, and one person randomly receives an order that he placed well over a month before any of us?! I don't know about that! How about this, get us our gear or ship it all again since there is this magical new shipping location that will get us our product in such great time! I'm tired of checking on the status of my package just to see the same old annoying ass message. I don't want to hear another "give it a week". No, how about this... don't blame everything on somebody else and get me what I paid you for!

It was registered last on 13.07.2011 in postal facility KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR, the postcode 03920." If the postal issue was fixed, then why has it been sitting at this status for 12 days? Lol, what a crock of shit.

kwabby6 » yeah i know. i dont know what to think anymore. mine has been there since three weeks into june and has not updated (according to track-trace)but now they are saying "it might now show because sometimes packages dont get scanned on they belt and dont update till they're at your house." idk about that one...i've never ordered something and it didn't get scanned or went into limbo for weeks then randomly showed up. usually usps checks it into their truck and the website will show that it is on its way to your town or something that morning. once again we'll see tho. next tuesday is the end of that. I'll be DEMANDING a reship if this one doesn't come in a week, this is fucking ridiculous but understandable if it is truly not naps fault but the postal service's

Placed order on jun 16th and still no order. I can't even log in to see any of the ticket responses ive submitted. There website keeps telling me invalid username or password but it's the same one i used to log in and veiw my order status i don't get it is this happening to anyone else? I just wanted to know my tracking number and see whats the hold up but still no response not even an e-mail. I know i didn't order from amazon but does it usually take this long or are we screwed?

Placed a trial order 4/21 received in 5 weeks as expected.. Everything was as it should be; GL. Decided to place another order (wish I didn't) 5/26, now coming up on 9 weeks. Wondering if I'll ever get it $600 bones poof!

Rawdog59 » Naps has been g2g up to this point--It was the Freaky Big Boys at my gym that put me on to the site. If you wanna be negative about the situation IMO keep it to your self. Men have spent a lot of money and time waiting for their gear for you to tell us/them to forget about our orders.Is that why you have a neg3 next to your name? Lets be positive ,especially since the Rep has stepped up and not disapeared.
