This is the first source that I used after finding this forum. I was really scared and not sure what to expect as I am sure most first timers are. Well, my experience was very positive. + 1Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THEM! It has now been 56 days and counting, have not received anything, not even a seizure letter, which tells me nothing was ever shipped.
Whats most disappointing is their response, They tell me to wait till this amount of days etc....HELLO...56 days from the day I paid them and NOTHING!!!!
They have not offered any help other than please wait 40 days once tracking shows it in customs to complain, that isn't even written anywhere on their website I have since received 3 orders from other companies that all delivered within 7 days of my payment....that's 50 days or more faster than napsgear.

I ordered on 8/07/13 and paid on 8/8/13 Payment was picked up untill 8/15/13 I emailed them asking about my products they said... their has been a problem with your payment please resend... I told naps staff payment was picked up by them I asked them to call and confirm and they did. staff said to me.. I see funds have been picked up I will send a message to shipper... a week later I see my products have not been shipped so I email asking what the problem is naps staff says to me... you need to resend the money... I said you guys have already confirmed.. so naps says send us proof and I sent a letter from WU saying that the funds were picked up and so here I am a month later being ignored by naps. I have no response no money (over $600) no gear. so all im saying is be very careful when you purchase...

Communication & Support is great.
First of all, there is a huge and well organized knowledge base where you can get a lot of informtaions about your questions and doubts.
Secondly, you can submit your ticket and these tickets are managed in a very professional way. As they claim, I've submitted two tickets and everytime NapsGear replied me within 12 hours answering my questions.
Finally, you can use the Live Support that is almost alwasy available, even on Saturday. Live Support is very professional and kind. Only two times I had to wait five minutes and nobody answered me.
Packaging is made in a very proper and formal way in order to really maximize to increase the delivery chances.
When you order you will receive a real tracking number. The only problem is that if you use priority mail NapsGear don't tell you the name of the postal service where you can track your shipping. I asked this question to the Live Support and they didn't give me the right answer.
When I received the shipping and I could know the postal service I checked on its site and the tracking number were real. The shipping timeline was consistent with the information that you can check on your account on NapsGear when you place the order
I would suggest NapsGear to indicate in the user account the postal service used to ship the products, so the customer can easily check their tracking number
So I have been a user of naps for 3 years now, and I must say that they not only deliver top notch products but are also willing to help with any questions you have. the customer service is awesome and you get exactly what you at a competitive price.

Ok, I have to say that Genza puts out some fire!! This review is for genza var, I have been running it now for two weeks at 50mg daily split am/ pm doses. Veins are really starting to show on upper chest and a few on my quads that I've never had before. Muscles are hardening nicely and pumps are almost to much....just kidding. This is my first exp. with anavar but I have run a good deal of Genza compounds before this and have yet to be let down by genza gear or naps. I highly recomend Naps they are on top of their game forsure!

-1SO FAR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NAPSGEAR!
I placed a $600 order with Naps at the beginning of August and immediately sent MoneyGram. About a week later I received an email back from Naps stating my contact had changed and to send MG again. I called MG to do so and they confirmed original contact had received MG. I then contacted Naps about the situation. They said they would look into it but it may take some time. 8 days later and no word so I contacted them again and nothing. NOTHING!!!! I have sent several emails and even tried to contact Live support three times and I wait 5 minutes then it tells me they are busy and to send an email.
I can't believe no one will respond and all I want is the order that I paid for. The window is still open for redemption. I feel swindled.

Ordered 2 Vials of Hucog HCG as my last chinese stuff was bunk. Also one order of Biomex NPP for end of cycle. Order took 18 days from start to finish. Very happy with communication and speed of order/delivery.

This review is for the Free Anavar Promo that I was lucky enough to get in on. Now that I have tried it and saw the results, I can give an accurate review. This was my first time using Naps and also my first time trying Geneza. The anavar was absolutely amazing. Very strong stuff. I will definitely go to naps for my anavar needs and I am also looking forward to trying some geneza oils, m1t, and oral tren as well. As far as selection goes, I would say naps and geneza are the best on eroids for inventory, hands down. I usually go domestic because of shipping times and that is something that they should work on as far as T/A, but either way, the var I tried was excellent and they have fantastic prices.
200 10mg Geneza Anavar Free Promo--- naps has some great promos as far as letting people try their stuff. They don;t sheap out like alot of other suppliers on here that I won;t mention that are all about taking your money and not giving anything back. I'm a believer that you have to give to receive.
I really didn't need to contact them at all. My mailman did leave a slip saying that my stuff was at the post office, which I'm not used to, so I asked naps about it--they got right back to me-- and they said that it's not unusual for a mail carrier to be lazy and I realized that they were completely right and that was the problem.
Packaging was excellent and just as good as any other careful supplier on here. It took about 2+ weeks to get to me.
I will definitely use naps again. They have a fantastic selection and I know the geneza line is pure gasoline. If they get their shipping time down to maybe 8-10 days, I will use them for almost everything.

-1I placed an order with Naps and received my package today. It took 17 days from the day I sent the payment and only 9 days from the time I got an email saying it had shipped. I did have to sign for it but there were no problems. The package was discreet and safely wrapped. I ordered some GP Test 250 and GP Deca 250 and it is G2G. This is my 3rd time ordering from Naps but I have used GP a number of times befor and like their gear. I only had one issuse with this order, I receieved an email that said my payment was unavailable for pickup. I talked with costumer service and this was resolved within 24 hours. Overall I am completely happy with Naps and will be ordering more from them for sure. Thanks for the fast turn around and great service Naps! Keep it up!

+ 1Alright. I'll be the first to admit I am guilty of ordering from the local dollar store for most of my orals recently. That being said, when comparing GP to what I have been taking, it impressed the hell out of me!
The difference is not just noticeable it's obvious in my everyday lifting routine. Fuller muscles, better pumps, decreased body fat, increased strength.
Out of 3 orders 2 have made it to my door successfully - Naps took care of the unreceived order LIKE A BOSS.

Although I enjoyed the results from your Var it is not finically practical for me to buy it. One pack is only good for 5 days at 100mg per day. The cost for a 4 week cycle is no feasible for most people. That being said this is ideal for females.
I would love to see you make a 25mg and a 50mg Var GP tab at a competitive price. You would be sold out - always!

+ 1hands down favorite source on here. Gp is soo good, my favorite brand hands down. So smooth and so strong. Ran bags and bags of gp var as well it is the strongest var ive ever used and ive used almost all the top srcs var. gp tren is my favorite tren again compared to only the top srcs ive used. Naps has more products than anyone and has always made it in less than 2 weeks internationaly.

Hes awesome, always has deliverd to me multiple times internationally , effects felt/up to par on every single product ever purchased.

+ 1Its good to know Naps is a trusted source for pharm grade gear. Didnt really see visible gains until about week 8 but once they came, I became a God amongst men. Ripped me up while adding quality size. I cant wait until next my next spring cycle with the same products but this time Ill add a kick start.
