This is a long overdue review of an order and cycle last year. It was my first Tren cycle which was made up of 500mg Test E and 200mg Tren E for 12 weeks. After reading good reviews I decided to go for QD labs Test and Tren and I wasn't disappointed with the results. I did experience some of the usual Tren sides (insomnia, mood swings, night sweats) but these were all worth it for the crazy lean gains I got. As it was my first Tren cycle I have nothing to compare against, but I don't feel it was underdosed I was more than happy with results. Both the Tren and Test was smooth to inject with no PIP.

Long time napsgear user here 2+ years. Nearly every experience that i've had with them, i've had pretty clear schedules of payment recieved --> shipping --> tracking number --> recieved product. And, i've never had a single order short or missing an item.
Unfortunately i'm here to report that my most recent experience has gone very awry to say the least, and all of that has changed.
I sent Naps payment in full for the following order items on 5-26..

It took them approximately 2 weeks just to ship/get a tracking number on the following items;

The test I started and is as always good quality. Same with the cialis. But heres where it gets bad.
They shorted me 90% of my cialis order. I submitted a picture immediately to management of the package as well as the contents, and was told I would hear within 48 hours. Its been over 80 hours and i'm still waiting for a response/update to my ticket.
As far as the dbol, var, clen, and tren? Still don't have a tracking number to this date 26+ days and counting. Support has closed the chat on me once or twice without me even finishing answering my question (i've only opened it 3 times in 26 days) and the only thing they've done to rectify this whole situation is gave me a 20% coupon code. Like i'm going to use a coupon code and place an order when after 26+ days I still don't even have a tracking number or complete shipment on 60%+ of the gross $ amount of my order.
This is a last resort post and I hope naps takes notice and rights this wrong. I'm more then happy to provide my order id information. I'd also love to continue shopping with them but at this point, they simply aren't delivering on even what their own internal customer service is saying.

I just want to write a quick review on NapsGear. I've made several orders over the past few years from Naps. Without fail I've received my gear in two weeks or less. I'm confident when I order that I will receive my gear. That is a great feeling when ordering in this line of product. I have used Naps at least 6 times. I have always received my products, I have never had a problem. So I would give Naps a big thumbs up! I like the fact that you get discounts for using bitcoins as well as other methods. That is one big thing that keeps me coming back. I've made several orders for myself, and others, with NG some for injectables. Communication is ALWAYS fast and accurate. Customer service is friendly, answered my questions, and resolved any issues quickly! I am satisfied with Napsgear, good shipping, reliable products and great prices. Once I had an item break in transit, they gave me a code right away to have another one shipped with my next order (I was also given the option of a refund as well, I took the replacement option). Packaging has always been discrete and very well packaged. There are several layers to the packaging to the point where its "difficult" to get to the product but this is a good thing. There is no fear of damage due to lack of packaging. Above an beyond to protect the contents.

Awesome Product, and Service, my first order was January 16th, 2017. Took 30 days from money sent, to signing for it. The box was secure, normal looking box, shipped well, no rattling, no issue. I do want to add something, hope this is okay?
My next order, was back in May 201, the package was turned around in 4 days and shipped, incredible TA. This was coming from Europe, unlike the first package that went through NY, this went through Miami. It has not moved since May 19th, I have stopped tracking.
I e-mailed customer service, the product number had a comment that said if not received contact customer service. The service, communication, and the handling was simply insane, it was incredible, they actually cared and explained what to do. Never would have expected this, I figured I was out my product as they did there part and customs I guess did there. Anyway, great customer service, I can't say I have ever had a better experience when dealing with any company anywhere on an issue. Simply impressed.

Communication is simply exceptional. Replies to all messages and even send reminders when something is pending in MY FAVOR! Last order had a missing pack and upon reship I was surprised with free gifts for the long wait. When NAPS tells you its shipped, its definitely true.
Shipping is very tight and covert. One of countless packages came with 2 busted bottles but this was very quickly amended. Till date no seizures and only 1 lost package.
Sometimes with international sources you have many doubts, I sure had them. After a year dealing with NAPS I can tell in my personal experience that you can’t go wrong with their products. They are not the lowest price source but will get what you pay for. Being 40 years old I can tell you that in life you have to balance many things, never again will I even look for cheap Mexican gear which does more harm than good.

Ok by the book ! I ordered over $4500 worth of gear close to 3 months ago. Got seized,soooo when you hear from Naps how they stand behind the customer just KNOW its Bullshit !!! Support tells you that a credit will be issued in a few days.... Thats the last time you will hear from them !!! All your tickets to customer service will be deleted!!! Also if you have followed, the Source Admin for naps then steps in to act like they did things (like a credit), , money back, to blow it and you off!!! But do nothing hoping you will stop with the bad reviews. If you want to take the chance to lose your money from Naps and get lies if you have a problem then continue on!! So from the time you send them info for payment until they send out,you're looking at 2 weeks if not longer.

Napsgear is the only place to order from. I prefer to order from someone who has been doing this for years instead of some sketchy place who just started and is selling crap gear at half the price. The manufacturer selection alone beats just about anybody. Plus they do lab tests on all the products and share these with the customers just shows that they are committed to providing the customers with the best.

Communication with Naps is always simple and you never feel like they are dodging you. They always are quick to respond to my inquiries.
Once payment was received and processed I received all of my order in about 3 weeks. All the packaging was sufficient. No issues with damage and it was all discreet. My only concern was that the Oral Turinabol was supposed to come as 50 (10mg) pills per package and what I received was a package with 100 pills. Also to note was that the package for pills did not have any label on it and then about a month after receiving the pills I received an envelope with the sticker labels in it.
