Like many others I was a long time user of another popular source that has gone south pretty quick. Stumbled upon Eroids and found naps. Placed an order through the website and received my products in about 14 days. Couldn't be happier with what I got and I'll definitely be placing another order in the near future.

Overall Napsgear is my favorite site but this time I just happened to get a bad batch of Tren maybe. It happens but I would definitely recommend Napsgear to order from and will continue to use them.

The last time you told me customer rep are taking care of my issue but there are not. Please l don't need the stuff anymore l need my refund. Hi Everyone,
I'm new on here and forums in general, but am a vet on gear etc etc.
Always had a plug on streets but that went away so I went online and found napsgear.org that was authorized on Geneza website. I obviously like GP products and consider them legit so I tried Naps.
I did a small test purchase, and it was legit, so I took a leap and placed a fairly decent order
10x Test E and 10x Helios
Got order like 5 plus weeks later, no rush, and from the gate things looked different and were really wrong.
Test E oil was slightly yellow tint (Usually clear) and stickers colors were off a bit but the isn numbers checked out legit.
The Helios on the other hand had yellow particles of debree floating in all the vials and ISN numbers did not check out.
Long story short Napsgear.org wasted my time back in forth with lies, deceit, disrespect, threats, and narcissism.
Napsgear.org = Counterfeit Geneza Pharm Products & dangerous Manufacturing problems
DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST NAPSGEAR.ORG
They handled my issues the worst possible way imaginable.
I wish I could post my entire chain for everyone to see…Its so much and such nonsense, I am so pissed you have no idea.
Boycott them and please let me know who is legit to buy from.

That's funny, because all of a sudden today I got an email from naps with the headline of one of many old tickets I wrote to them, and in the old ticket it says FAKE GENEZA TEST CYP! They claimed it was a survey of their customer support. For a supposedly "fake review", they sure knew who to contact about it right away, right? Also, if it's a fake review, then why do I still have one of the old GP Test Cyp 250 vials with the lot, exp., and ISN numbers, and you can tell it's old because the exp. date is 01/2015. The ISN is:F4V5150M6682. I can't tell if after the 5 is the number 0, or the letter O, but it's one of the two! THEY ONLY FINALLY ANSWERED ME BECAUSE I WROTE MY 100% TRUE REVIEW ON EROIDS! When you have a problem, they talk to you so rudely and unprofessional. They wanted me to go pay for analysis of each vial, when for 5 vials I can go and get a shit load of some real gear, ya know. I couldn't of been the only one who got bunk gear, so I'm sure they were well aware of the problem with their Geneza products, and they should of offered to compensate me in some way!! THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ON THE TOP 10 LIST, I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE UNLESS THEY'RE PAYING MONEY FOR IT!!! THEY HAVE TO BE!

This is my third order with NAPS this year and I have to say I am not surprised. Naps came through for me again with no issue to report this time. Been using naps since I started my first cycle because their quality is proven and reliable. I am and will continue to be a NAPS customer because they have earned my business.
Overall great quality. I've been using GP for some time now and their quality, in my option, is top notch across all products. Only recently have I starting using Biomex in my cycle which is slightly lower dose, but a hell of a lot cheaper than GP. Feels like I'm getting bigger and leaner by the day. Definitely, a great alternative when money is tight. I would highly recommend it. Kamegra is very potent and very effective if you're looking to bust up your sex drive. The increase in size and endurance makes for a great night when you're laying down the pipe.
Communication as always was on point with naps. Had a small issue with tracking, but naps' customer service quickly ensured me there wasn't anything to worry about.
Packaging was solid, no issues with damage. T/A was slightly longer than previous orders, but still within their ETA timeframe.

So looks like naps is getting another shifty review, which seems to be the growing trend. It's been over 2 months now, tick fricken tock and I'm still waiting for my package. Most times spending a grand gets a little bit of respect but not with naps. At this point I wish I would have lit the money on fire, at least I'd have gotten some satisfaction from that. According to naps the package was sent but according to the tracking websites used to track packs (which I trust more) says the package doesn't exist.

The naps support staff at naps it as useless as tits on a bull. If you have a problem with your order ask your dog or a complete stranger and you'll get the same amount of help. All the naps staff can do is blame it on the warehouse or the billing department and say there's nothing they can do and then they'll tell you to just wait like they're still telling me, 2 months later.
If I ever see the supposed package I'll be sure to report on it but I'll look for hell to freeze over first.

That said, I DON'T KNOW HOW NAPSGEAR COULD EVEN BE ON TOP 10 ON HERE, OR EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?! About 4yrs ago, my friend told me he got some good Geneza T.enan on naps, n I heard of them, so I ordered 3 Geneza T. cyp 250 10mls, 2 Geneza Sust 270 10mls, 1 Geneza Masteron 10mls, and 1 Geneza Deca 250 10mls. Split in 2 packs, took about 3-4 weeks, n they all looked official n all verified except for 1 of the GP Sust 270! They told me that the Sust was good, they mixed up the serial numbers, but both Sust are from the same batch! Both T.cyp's and both Sust 270's were total bunk duds! So, the Masteron I got rid of, n the Deca 250 my friend added to his cycle with other gear, n could of been g2g, I don't know. But all their test were total fakes, not just underdosed, BUNK! I politely told support about the situation, and they told me they wouldn't replace any gear, without test analysis papers, n they were kind of snobby, like I did something wrong! SO, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT BUNK GEAR FROM THEM, N I READ MANY OTHER BAD REVIEWS OF NAPSGEAR, SO HOW ARE THEY #4 ON THIS LIST??? I EVEN SAVED ONE TEST CYP VIAL, THINKING I'D GET IT TESTED ONE DAY OR I DON'T KNOW!

The communication was good, and the response time to tickets was pretty good, however the support sucked because they wouldn't reason with me at all, and I had vial numbers and all, and if my vials were total bunk then I'm sure they received other complaints about their Geneza gear, so they should of compensated me somehow. On top of all that, they were talking to me all snobby, like I was doing something wrong by telling them about the issue!
Arrival time was about 3-4 weeks, closer to 4 weeks, with regular packaging, nothing special. Could of been a little more discreet, though I didn't care about that at the time.
