Whenever I had issues I opened up a ticket and there was always a response within 24 hours.
I placed the order on May 15th, it shipped on May 31st and arrived June 9th. The delay in shipping was due to slow Bitcoin processing.
Great source, very reliable. Paying with Bitcoin results in a little bit of a wait for processing, but you have to be patient. They've come through every time.

This was my 5th order with naps switched from geneza to dragon pharma... Naps please lower your prices to were they were. Dragon however did not disappoint the quality was just as good as geneza. My only gripe is this order took 6 weeks to deliver the other 4 took appx 2 weeks. Naps assured me that my order would ship and they would reship if I did not receive it. They also kept me updated if I had any questions. I would highly recommend naps to anyone who wants quality gear.

Communication and support are spot on...emails and dm's usually answered within a few hours.
T/A took about 6 weeks for the package to be delivered because products were on back order. Naps kept me updated the entire time though emails. Once the product was ship took about 10 days to arrive. Packaging was plain discreet box, nothing suspicious. Tracking worked once the package hit the state's.

I made a second order with Naps since the first one was successful. Naps is easy to communicate with and they have a large variety of products.
However I made a MG money order for my product and using the correct details given to me by Naps. About three days later I received an email saying I needed to contact MG as the receiver was unable to complete the transaction.
MG demands the receiver call them and verify details. Naps staff refuse to call for security reasons.
Now MG refuses to refund my money since to order is under review.. Can you believe that?
Naps gear canceled my payment and Ive lost $300. Normally this is a fault when the sender does not put in the right information but I made sure everything was on point.
I have made several MG and WU orders but this is the first time I have lost my money as a result!
