They offer live chat, which is like a foreign call center that can't do anything and just forwards a claim ticket for you. Then there's a support center that takes 24-72 hours to respond and just gives you the run around with any real issue. Normally the same person but you'll se 4/5 people respond to you and never get anywhere.
Clearly not great, since they're getting seized and not showing up at people's doors.

-2Once again, NG spamming their wall with these fake account reviews to hide the fact they are caught by sending out false customs letters.
Received a couple bottles of test and some other orals, but I did not receive the more expensive half. They attempted to "reship" but just sent another customs letter, with the incorrect first name and blurry photocopied agency seal on the letter.
My friend had the same thing happen to him. Some of you will get lucky and get your full, but definitely a percentage of you will get scammed with a fake letter.
14 days and no response. All of the source trolls commenting on my posts to make it seem untrue. I'm out $600 so its worth my time to warn someone else.

-1I've ordered through Napgear for about 6 years. I've always had good experiences with them. Out of over a dozen orders I only had one that didn't show up. Naps did not hesitate to reship the order. And the original order that was lost eventually found its way to me, so that was a HUGE bonus!! I highly recommend Naps. They never disappoint.
My last order was 2 kits of hygetropin. 25 vials × 8iu per kit.
Their online support is very helpful and professional.
I've received product as early as 2 weeks and I've never received anything later than 4 weeks.
I would strongly recommend Naps. They've always come through 100%

-1I've used Naps many times and quality of products and service have been consistent. This review is for the first half of my cycle which is Test E, Tren A, Dbol and Proviron.
This order was:
Dragon Pharma Test E 250
DP Tren A
DP Dbol
DP Proviron
They always respond fairly quickly to any questions or concerns, usually within a few hours. They have live online chat for general questions and a ticket system for more indept and detailed questions.
When I first started using Naps t/a was usually 2-3 weeks. Now it's more in the 3-4 weeks range. Still acceptable just have to be a little more patient.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naps to anyone!

-15 year costumer. Only one occasion did I have 2 vials broken. I contacted the company and they were replaced within 2 weeks free of charge. Always highly reliable.

Packaging is what you would hope for. Discrete, tight, and unidentifiable.

Although im extremely biased towards the DP brand (which most people have that one brand they stick to) I do appreciate the variety of products and brands available . There product of the week promo always allows you to pick up necessities for a great value also.

Nice to get updates along the way.
Split into two shipments, both received within 4 weeks. No complaints when shipments make it in a reasonable time considering I've received the "Letter" instead of gear for orders elsewhere.
I believe this was my 3rd order with Naps. I like the selection of gear that they carry and will definitely order from them again.

-1I've placed at least a dozen orders with napsgear in the past, but this is definitely my largest order to date. (I was not playing games this time around lol). I have also placed orders in the past with at least 5 of the current top ten gear sources on eroids so I have a pretty good idea of the quality of service the best sites are providing. Napsgear is the best in my opinion by a long shot. Just so many deals, specials, products, and a true sense of trustworthiness that you get from this company which can be hard to come by in this market.
Sustanon, tren, deca, equipoise, anadrol, t3, Humulin-r, novalog pens, cabergoline, arimidex, dutasteride, zestoertic (diuretic). As you can see I have a large variety of different products that I purchased from them, and the quality has never been an issue with any of them.
I did not need to contact napsgear at all about my order since everything arrived as expected and within the timeframes that they estimate on their site.
Because I placed a pretty large order, I received my order in 6 different packages, with the last package taking no longer than 15 days to arrive at my door from the time the order was placed. No complaints here. This as also been the average t/a for all of my previous orders placed.
Out of all the sites that you can purchase from I sincerely think that napsgear is your best option mainly because of the huge variety of products they carry, not just gear. Also the professionalism doesn't get any better. If you haven't already, you won't regret trying them out!!

-1This is my first review ever. I ordered some Test prop from naps, Geneza. I was taking 50mgs a day for 9 days and stopped yesterday. Other then PIP I have gotten nothing else, no size, no strength, no extra aggression. Ive never taken Prop before and have only done two previous cycles in my life. The last one was earlier this year with Test Cyp that I got from an American Pharmacy. I felt the effects of that during the first week. Does Prop just take longer to kick in or is this just underdosed junk? I have not taken the Mast yet

-1Ordered multiple times from Naps. Overall, I like and recommend. The only thing I'd rate them down on, is their shipping. I know many guys on here seem to get their order quickly, for whatever reason it always takes 5-7 weeks for me to get the order. The product are quality and the customer service is great. Just plan your order out so that you give yourself time for the order to show up.
For me, brand power is important as well. These guys have been in the game so long, and have maintained their rep. I used to shop exclusively at another UGL, but they started having logistic issues (i.e., not fulfilling their orders), so I've been using Naps more.

Their live chat is always very responsive. If you have to open a ticket, expect a day for them to get back to you. Communication is prompt and polite.
I've only had one weird experience with packaging. It was with a peptide product, which may have been the issue. The product wasn't labeled at all, nothing. When I brought it to their attention, they reshipped for free, and the next product did have labels.
Overall, I'll take the long shipping times for a quality product, it's worth the wait. Thanks for providing good products at good prices.
This was my second time ordering from Napsgear and the process was very quick and easy. I was apprehensive about paying with bitcoin but their system works flawlessly and the transaction went through without a hitch. I selected the wrong shipping address and had to contact their customer support who responded promptly and ended up being incredibly helpful.

Talked to their support to have a shipping address changed after placing an order. Customer support responded within minutes and were incredibly helpful.
The package came in a box without any way to identify the contents. Everything was very discrete and handled professionally.
I put on 20 lbs and ended the cycle at about 9% body fat. All said and done I would definitely recommend Napsgear and I will be placing my next order with them for sure.

-1all i can say is napsgear is awesome and always had been since i started with them in 2011 with there old site. Everything has been of great quality. They work on having tests for all there products. Everything has always been delivered. Anytime something is needed to be fixed they would always work with me and stay in constant contact. One time they sent me a product by mistake from a bad batch from one there companies and reimbursed me three times over with another product that was tested for quality. Naps is how shopping online should be. Very easy to use website. They always have deals and contests. Also when products are going to date they put them on sale so it keeps me looking and shopping regularly to catch deals. Napsgear is a great site. I hope they continue to do business like they have and continue to grow.

-1I can say that i was very skeptical in making my first purchase but since I had talked with a few friends that had good experiences with ordering and the products I decided to roll the dice. Well I can say that everything went smooth. After my order was processed I received it about two weeks later. Now as for the results of the product it did what i wanted it to do. I had gains in both size and strength. I'm looking forward to my next order.

+ 1Napsgear is quick to spam the hell out of their review board with fake accounts to avoid my previous post.
Well here it goes again: Twice in a row packages were intercepted, couldn't even get store credit to try and ship out of state, but no they just jacked $1000 just like that.
I was told to wait 1-3 days for credit request but was ignored for 13 freaking days, damn near TWO WEEKS!
The packaging was so ridiculous and the worst I have ever seen, any mail agent would see red flags everywhere and send it to further inspection.
From now on I would stick with the pharmacy or Osgear.store!!!
-----------BE CAUTIOUS OF FAKE CUSTOMS LETTERS---------- Come to think of it, the quality of the seal on the paperwork in the envelope was so pixelated. Couldn't customs afford good quality paperwork??? (Post an email and I can forward you the pictures, this should not be happening)
