As always, the order process and communication is excellent with Naps! On this order my initial payment method ran into difficulty and my order was cancelled. However, I was easily able to re-compile my order and get it through with my secondary payment method with ZERO difficulty! Issues were clearly communicated with me so that I was not left just wondering what happened!
As with all of my previous orders, this one arrived MUCH earlier than promised even though it came from separate suppliers. It was about 14-17 days from initially placing the order!
Packaging was and has always been clean and professional. I have never experienced any breakage or leakage of any product and this order was no different.
I am certainly no expert, in fact, I'm still quite new at using any gear. However, I have tried to educate myself and ask a lot of questions of a many different people and professionals and have suffered no ill effects and have achieved great results for my personal goals.
I can't say often enough how happy I am to have found what I consider to be a trusted and consistent source for my preferred products. And although I tend to stick mostly to Test, I have tried some other products as well. Naps has a huge selection of products and I doubt you'd be disappointed in selection or quality of service!

You are quick to reply on here and tell everyone what you're doing for me, but won't reply to more than a dozen messages in the course of more than 30 hours.
You have done NOTHING to help me. You ask my order numbers then tell me my stuff will be shipped in a couple days, then get my account blocked and deleted. Then I create a new account and discretely add you, and message you privately. Then repeat.
Any user with a brain can go to your profile and to your comments and see you've placated over a hundred users with the same bullshit, and are all different users over the course of years.

(Since My account of 6 years and good standing was deleted because I left a honest and bad review of Naps, here I am. I've read over the rules over and over. I'm leaving a verifiable review of orders not received. Further deletion indicates something more suspect going on.)
Im Going on 11 weeks. I've made over 5 dozen orders with naps trough the years. I haven't received any of my orders since 2015. I made two recent orders the first days of April for close to one and a half bitcoin. Now close to 4K. I was promised a reship everyday for 2 months. I was told they haven't had anything successfully delivered since the new year because of Chinese New Year. They told me mine wasn't shipped until April 20th, because of EASTER! my orders have been in a Chinese center preparing for shipment for 60 days.
I was promised store credit and a reship. I asked for a reship 2 weeks ago. It was pending for a week. Then they told me it won't be sent for a week as they try to securely pack my order for safety. Then a week later they told me they won't ship anything because of interpools operation Pangea. Now they are telling me everything is out of stock,
It's amazing how all of these fake reviews are claiming they're receiving gear despite naps saying otherwise. These reviews are all fake and outsourced. Read them; they all read the same. Their review is long over due, and the story reads out identical. If you are even smart enough to do so, you can see they all come from similar up address locations, and accounts are new and no where else,
I made an honest review last week and my account of 6 years was banned, blocked and deleted! Now naps mod is grouping me with any al all bad reviews. I've added him a number of times, he asks for my order numbers then my account is deleted. So he's written all bad reviews as one person to further the con. I've tried talking to him discretely and privately. Although everytime I ask him a wuestion or work towards holding his word to anything he goes mia and my account goes away.
I'm seeing now I'm being placated with the same fucking bull shit as these other people.
Every other forum in the world has cut ties with Naps, removed banners, sponsorships and labeled them As busted by DEA and non-operating.

This moderator will say we're talking in messages and handling a reship. If that were the case I wouldn't be losing my shit everyday waiting for it. They aren't handling shit, they haven't given me my initial orders, they haven't provided store crddit(on a site with nothing in stock); they haven't reshipped anything and ask you to wait longer and longer until you go away. Funny because I was written off in 2015/16 because I wrote them a couple monthis after my order and not getting anything. They claimed they reship after 4 weeks, and won't reship my order because I waited TOO long.
They take your money, you wait patiently for your gear until the 30 days limit expires; you write them and have 7 different support member names tell you to wait 3 more days, it'll be at you door. You'll wait another month before you lose your shit and try to speak out. Then you'll be labeled as a fake despite providing order numbers; tracking numbers; coin transfers, and messages. The mod will accept your messages then say ok and when you go to reply your account will be deleted.
This is insane!!!
To placate me further they've offered me a 10% discount on my next order?! I haven't even received my orders and are insulting me with 10% when you get 30% for a positive review. The amount.l of disrespect for offering that alone sends me into a rage. Let's handle the issues at hand before you believe you've earned repeat business.

Use to come in a piece of folded cardboard wrapped in packing tape, in a bubble envelope. They tell me it'll take more than 2 weeks to safely pack it as such now.
Find an supplier that's claims better than 60 day shipping expectations. Because once that time expires and you still don't have your gear, you'll want to run your head through a wall, and fly to the Middle East to re-enlist and fly over and drop bombs on these fucks.

-4Regret not listening to the bad reviews here and placing this last order. I felt concerned before I did it, but figured since they had been good before I'd go with them again: HUGE MISTAKE. This company is not the same as before. If you've used them in the past, you will regret using them now. Read up - there are a ton of stories just like mine all over here. I did not listen and I regret it.
