Have placed multiple orders, One was slightly delayed due to heavy customs agents at time of order but was explained to me in detail by customer service and was eventually shipped and received perfectly. I didn't mind delay as it was for my benefit. Next order went out fast in multiple packages and received in 3 weeks to USA. Had a couple questions prior to order all were answered promptly. I was skeptical at first ordering through a website, let alone sending money through Western Union, but I was shocked at how fast and reliable I received my order. They offer other payment methods, such as; Money Gram, and bitcoin, but I went with what is closest to my house wich was Western Union. I email them the first time to make sure how long it will take and 1 minute later I had a quick response. I'm very pleased on how fast and attentive they are at replying with any concern you have.

Replied to confirm to them it was my mistake.
Reliable and responsive. I reached out to confirm my order was packaged and they confirmed that it was ready to be sent out for delivery within 1 day.
Package was banalized which allowed it to get through customs without any issue. I never had my packaged held back in the 4 orders i've made
This was an extended lean bulking cycle. I recommend for advanced and experienced users if they are looking to put on quality gains with minimal fat. Be very good with your water intake and follow your cycle religiously, you should put on easily 20-25lbs by the end of this cycle.

There are too many other good competitors for naps to give up on clients. They are one of the best for customer service and product quality worth it for me and my friends.
I have been a loyal NAPS customer for many years. I've never had a problem with them until recently and I am TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR HANDLING OF THE PROBLEM. The short of it is that NAPS depends on vendors in many countries to fulfill the orders that we place. They essentially are the middle men. If the vendor is unscrupulous, then we as the customer are left holing the bag. NAPS apparently will not take responsibility for their vendor misconduct. So buyer beware!
Long of it: I place and order for 10 vials of HCG in [CENSORED]. It was sent to a vendor in India who claims to have shipped it and provided me with a valid [CENSORED] tracking number. According to the tracking log, the order passed through customs without any problem and then was lost in transit. In [CENSORED], I requested a reshipment and they sent it by a different courier which was also tracked. Again it passed through customs and was lost in transit.
It's important to understand that in the time that this occurred, I have receive 3 packages from NAPS (from different vendors of theirs) and have received 3 overseas packages from 3 difference sources without any problems, including 2 of their competitors ([CENSORED] and [CENSORED]) for a similar product (different brand). So, it is pretty clear that my address is not "flagged" by customs as NAPS claims.
I believe that their vendor in [CENSORED] did indeed ship two packages, but they were both empty boxes and were sent to bogus addresses, hopping that I would attribute it to a customs issue and not pursue any further actions. I have requested in several communications with NAPS that they issue me store credit, but there has been nothing but radio silence for over a month.
HCG is the product in questions, but I have ordered numerous other products over the years.
They have a fairly good customer service department that is usually responsive, but in this case they have ignored me for over a month.
The packages (when I get them) are usually well wrapped. No complaint.
What more is there to say. NAPS has high quality products, but they apparently do not stand behind the integrity of their suppliers for delivering the products we order.

+ 1After leaving a review for the bad experience I had with Napsgear these past couple of days. They asked me to PM them with my order number. I did and they sent me an ugly email calling me names and saying it doesn't matter if I left a bad review it wont hurt their business. I am perplexed because I have never been treated or dealt with by any business in my life. Go figure.

July 21stI ordered and paid for 3 bottles of Winstrol 50 by Dragon Pharma and 100 tablets of Oxandrolone(Anavar), two bottles of HCG and Arimidex tablets. They shipped out a partial shipment on 7/28. The Winstrol and Oxandrolone were shipped on 7/28 and the other (HCG and Armidex) were shipped on 7/31. I received the first shipment this week on tuesday 8/15. When trying to access the Winstrol, the particles in the bottle were so large and would not dissolve no matter how much I shook and I could not get it out even with a 20 gauge needle. I contacted Napsgear by email on 8/16 thanking them and asking for assistance on how to get the Winstrol 50 out of the bottle. They responded on the 17th and told me to add 2 ml BW to vial and see if that would help. It did not. They then asked me to send a picture of the sediment. All I have is a cell phone camera definitely not a pro. I tried and could not get a picture that was blown up enough and clear enough that it showed in a cell phone picture. I worked enough of the liquid .25 into a syringe which showed large particles along with clearer liquid and sent today the 18th. The man then asked if all the bottles were like that I told him I would check. Yes, they are I replied after going through the same effort to access the product. He said he needed a picture of a vial to show the manufacturer and I told him it would not show anything because it is covered by label as well as no good photo equipment. He even asked me to take off the label. I could not, it is glued on good. I just sent a picture of the bottom of the vial because he wanted it. He said I did not send a picture of all 3 vials so he could not ask for all 3 from manufacturer. I told him if he needs a picture of all 3 I will send them when I get back home. He then shot back a email and said the case was closed because he asked many time for pictures of all the vials and I had not complied and he and the manufacturer could not see any sediment so case closed. I thought the guy was going to help me with dissolving the product and instead I was insulted by him. Just know that if you get junk product like I did this week, you are on your own. I have not received the other shipment yet so I cannot comment on that. I hope you have better luck with this business than I did.

The support was not only not helpful but insulting. When I tried to reach out to get help with the Winstrol 50 being so large of pieces that would not dissolve they had no solution. At first they said maybe we can exchange it for another Winstrol Brand. Then they pretty much insulted me and said I was not fast enough getting picture back to them when they requested them(a couple of hours) and closed my case. I waited 3.5 weeks for the first delivery after I paid but they could not wait a couple of hours for me to get back home to take more pictures for them.
The packaging was fine on the first shipment. Still have not received the second shipment
I have read nothing but good reviews here or else I would not have ordered from these people. I guess I will move on and try another place for my supplies

I let them know as soon as I got the package and they asked for a pic of the package and product so I took one and sent it. They resent the missing product and I got about 2 1/2 weeks later

My only problem with this supplier is the packages always take between 2 1/2 to 4 weeks to get to states.
Naps is reliable, I've always got 100% of my orders. Only problems I've had was time, and effectiveness of Dragon products. Last Dragon cycle I finished doing I used a bottle of local underground gear at lower doses and gained another 8 lbs. I know geneza is always great quality just more pricey but I'll most likely stop using Dragon from now on

I haven't had many problems, but if I thought something was wrong the HELP line made sure I was well informed and took care of anything..... This review is for the bm pharmaceutical testoviron and prominate. I have recently grown to really like this brand I wrote a review about the sustaviron from them from my last bulking cycle I used a few of the testoviron at the end when I ran out of sustaviron.
I have been cruising with the testoviron and using 125mgs a wk and also using prominate at 400mgs a wk. The price for the quality is amazing.

60x prominate 100mg amps 100% eo this i believe is the only bm pharmaceutical product made this way the testoviron and sustaviron are both normal ba/bb brews with archirus oil not sure if that's spelled correctly.
I also received a promo of 4x free dragon test cyp i haven't started to use this but when I blast at the end of the year I will switch to these.
The ticket system that naps has is my goto they have always helped me out with anything that went wrong with my order which hasn't been needed lately but I would reccomend to everyone to use the tickets first then use the pm option here.

Cruising on the testoviron at 125mgs a wk is great i feel really good with this dose i believe that its keeping me in a perfect range i have yet to pull bloods. Im injecting the prominate at 400mgs a wk because I was cutting down after my bulk and wanted to keep as much muscle as possible because I was extremely in a caloric deficit. It worked to keep my muscle through the cut and also has given me some nice shape and definition which I didn't expect from such a low dose. Im cutting out the prominate and will be cruising until my blast at the end of year. I will run 1testcyp or dhb with primo and im going to continue the low test dose.
I recommend Napsgear,org 100%. I have always received everything i have ordered and prices are great. Sometimes as a buyer you will need to have a little patience due to shipping and customs.
