-3This was the 1st time I ever ordered anabolic steroids online. I did quite a bit of research before ordering. I was extremely nervous that possibly somehow all these retailers online were some kind of scam or that maybe the gear would be bogus. My worries were put to rest after I decided to order through napsgear and recieved my 1st pack in 11 days from the initial order. And put it this way I live in a remote area. Anyway I choose naps because it seemed like they had the most reviews and good reviews at that. Also this is previous to even knowing anything about eroids whatsoever. So I ordered and placed 2 orders more through naps since my first,being that on my first order was more like a test run so to speak. Naps has so much different inventory it's unbelivable.I went with dbol deca and test. There's been only one hiccup I will explain below but was taken care of immediately. So basically I completely trust Napsgear for any and all purchases online.

Communication with naps customer service representatives has been 100% on point,when I needed questions answered response time was literally within minutes because they have technical advisors working feels like around the clock. I've placed three orders through naps and unfortunately one of the small orders was confiscated by customs I recieved a customs letter got online and notified naps customer service and they shipped the order back out to me after only a day from speaking with a rep. At napsgear the customer comes first which is great.
Packaging has been stealth and everything has been wrapped and protected nothing broken or roughed up.
I'm new to the online Anabolics game and I'm really glad I did the research and chosse Napsgear! And also I'll review other products after I know more in about two months.

-1This was my first time ordering from napsgear. I chose them based on the reviews I read as well as their selection and prices. Their communication process is great. Any time you do anything with them you receive an email confirmation (ordering, leaving a question, etc.). Their response time to my inquiries was never more than 24 hours. A nice added feature they have is online chat, which is actually covered most of the time I would expect it to be. This is very fast and helpful. Their communication was always clear, thorough, customer oriented, and fair. My order was shipped in three packages from three separate locations. I received two in a timely fashion, and the third I haven't received. It was shipped timely, but I don't think it made it past customs. They have a shipping date + 30 days policy on reshipping product. So, I reached out on the 30th day and they promptly began processing the reshipment, with no shipping fee or other fees. I've been pleased with the product I've received, and have high expectations for the product I am waiting on. I am using them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone wondering and/or looking for a good source. Top notch.

+ 1Naps is getting super careless. I have had 2 packages seized in the last six months. I have used Naps as my primary source for a long time and I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars here, but 2 orders in a row have been partially seized. To make matters worse Naps confirmed to me that they know the package was seized and asked if I would like a reshipment, I supplied an alternative address that was in a different time zone, let alone a different zip code and they have not made any effort to acknowledge the reship. My honest advice to anyone considering an order from Naps, is to go somewhere else. They have been getting careless and lax with their shipping and it shows.

I bought about $250 worth of product that I never received!! I sent money through WU. I received notification that the money was picked up, yet the product never arrived. When I reached out a few weeks later, I was told the money never arrived. I sent a picture of the text message I received saying they picked up the money. Also sent a picture of the WU receipt showing the money had been sent.
Despite this evidence, I was told they would do nothing about my order and they have since stopped responding.
I've switched to another supplier who got me product within 4 days!

This is my 3rd time making a purchase from Napsgear and I have yet to be disappointed. The first couple of times I ordered simple ancillaries and just Test Enanthate from Dragon Pharma. All of the products were legit and worked as they should.
This most recent purchase included deca, winstrol, clen, helios and a few ancillaries. I had already been on 500 mg test/week prior to this purchase so when I threw in deca I noticed it immediately (libido sky rocketed and water retention was noticeable). Winstrol, clen and helios were taken together later on after I began cutting and the vascularity was crazy and way better than anything test/deca give you.
Overall you can't go wrong with Napsgear or Dragon Pharma. Both have been around for a long time and I don't think their goal is to try and screw anyone over.
